You've said it all.

Dorime-ying and allied acts have led to the downfall of many, sadly.

Best wishes bro. I hope I'm free to reach out, should I need your counsel.

Dorime and allied acts got me. Lol.

Thank you for creating the thread. I’m glad I could share these information.

Hi good evening. Please I'm currently a corper, I studied Plant Biology, but I'm pursuing a career in human resources management. I'm taking CIPM exams and all. I would love to work in a bank but preferably in the HR department. Is it possible to influence where I'll be posted to if I go through the graduate trainee route? I love HR, what makes me skeptical with the banking sector is that I don't want to be taken to a different department. What can I do?

richmondefosa:

lol. I really wish i could share some documents here to counter you. But alas i cannot.
I would love to ask when you left the bank.
Were you FT or NFTe?
I know a couple of NFTe who got 400k. i saw this with my eyes.
I have secondary school classmates who are my colleagues now who joined as GT.

Boss dead this your agenda.

Hi,

If you fall within the age grade and you take the graduate trainee route, you will be considered for HR.

I'd like to know what the role of Banker, Business, Enterprise Direct entails as an insider of the bank please. I am about to apply but want first-hand info. Actually, I love Customer service relations and have worked with UBA as one before but the position is in Lagos and I reside in Ibadan. I don't fancy Lagos life at all. Do you think I may be taken back to Ibadan if I end up being employed (by faith o grin grin)? Also, can you give a hint of the salary so I'd know the right figure to fill? Thanks alot as you reply.

Hi. I've been following your comments since and I find it that you're very knowledgeable both on the books and street wise.

How can I invest in the agricultural sector. What are the requirements? I have a dollar account already. What's next? I'm a farmer. I'm into animal husbandry and I want to expand into crops as well.

Please how did you get a dollar account?

Do you mean dom?

I am sorry if you felt so, but your message was also condescending to other bankers.

You painted an image that most bankers live by their salary and loans. Reason I asked you to make reference to the bankers you know instead of dragging a huge majority into it.

I know a few bankers also and from what I can see, they don't look like what you described them as above. And that is me telling you about the few sample size I know.

They skip the the graduate and executive trainee cadres and start as an assistant banking officer with no prior experience?

Leave him alone.

I am currently a staff of the company. I am divulging genuine information and the kind of work environment that is obtainable here. He is sitting behind his keyboard to call me a liar. lol. Wonders.

Stanbic is a great and amazing place to work. If you are a young graduate, you should aspire to join us.
The work environment is top notch.
great pay too.

If you think i am a liar, join the organization and find out. Its that simple

Sir, am a ND holder in accounting and writing my professional course (ICAN) which I will be done next year May by the grace of God.

What is my fate in the banking system?
Especially in a bank like Stanbic?
And how would I apply?

Thanks in advance for your quick response ..
