Some just instructed me to do a quick research and analysis of Igbo hate on Ijaw run groups... Men all the key hit searches on Igbo returned with nauseating pure hate, lies and propaganda against Ndi-Igbo. Out of the results, 97% were just pure biles.

The reviewer simply expressed his displeasure at the quality of the work;poor in-text citations and reliance on secondary references.He also expressed concern that Fumbo's original manuscript was suppressed in favour of Alagoa's.No specifics as to what must have been taken out.How they came up with the idea that an Igbo narrative was swapped for Ijo one still baffles me.Besides, it's just one bad review by an Academic that had nothing to do with his institution;the University of Swansea.

Early this year,I had an obnoxious review from a particular reviewer on a Springer journal.A review I found distasteful.I took my manuscript,submitted to another Springer journal with a much higher impact factor.That same manuscript has been published,and with citations already.

There is something that hate and stupidity combined does to a person,and it's manifest in these guys.

Academic reviews of published books are like suggestions to improve the books in subsequent editions.

This review complained the author ought to have expanded his sources of information instead of limiting it to Prof Fombo's work. It also complained of inadequate referencing of the pictures, which is expected of an academic publication.

It did NOT point out any falsification of earlier published works.
It didn't mention anything about Igbo at all, let alone whether it's for or against Igbo, so why crying wolf when none exist?

It is silly to claim originality on borrowed name. Even the word Ijaw has numerous progenitors. The delusional Alagoa attributed one of the sources of Ijaw to Portuguese who called the people residing along the rivers in Niger Delta as "Jos". Ijaw is purely "boat people" from Akwapim-Togo region.

This Togo issue might just be it. I met a girl recently who I thought was Ijaw based on her surname, only to find out later she was from Togo. This Togo might be where the British first picked up the Ijaw and brought them here.
