From what I can see, the superior officer is interested in humiliating this particular soldier, maybe he is eying the junior soldiers wife and wants to force the man to send her to beg for his job.

Because, how can the superior officer pass all the other checkpoints collecting bribes but has to stop and start to harrass this man collecting bribes like others?

UPDATE ABOUT THIS MUMU SOLDIER

This SSGT you see in the video committed an offence and he was been charged and dealt with according to the army lay down procedures.

But the SSGT went ahead to brekete TV channels to seek for re-dress and public sympathizers.

The brekete Human right TV channels contact AHQ to why the Ssgt was been dealt with.

And army provide them with documentary evidence of the offense committed by the mentioned SSGT in the video.

So I believed it's not the personal of the army that post the video online. I have the believed that the video linkout from brekete TV channels to social media...

It's a punishable offence. But jst calculate how much a non commission rank solder take as a salary.....

And foods stuff are extremely cost. Without collecting bribe non of them will survive....
