Probably I've had up to 60 bottles of pepsi within this 3 month lasan and i dey healthy..

The truth is I try my best to avoid sugar and carbonated drinks, they are not healthy, I try to maintain 2 bottles of carbonated drink per week atleast, I can go against the rule on a sunny day when I'm highly parched.

Also try to avoid "Nutella" chocolate spread as much as you can. Causes a type of cancer of the intestines.

I know two people I warned against consuming carbonated drinks but they didn't listen, perhaps because I'm not a doctor. Right now they've started wearing oversized clothes to hide their protruding belly.
