So far so good. I stopped drinking carbonated drinks since last year december. Till now, I'm clean. It wasn't easy but I'm doing it.

If you want to stop it..i ll gist you the trick.

Probably less than 7 for me. Shifted to water. Sugar is dangerous to the body in large quantities.

1, I don't eat fufu. I forbid it
2, I don't drink alcohol, I also forbid it
3, Though I do eat ewedu soup but it's just once in awhile. Maybe once in 2 months. Then again, it's a monsterous lie that ewedu contains any form of sugar. Prove to me it does and I give you 100k

Uncountable. I take it almost everyday.
On the average 20 out of 30days. Some days like Sunday, I take it twice.

Carbonated drinks have their own good sides.
The general rule to always observe is this: when you abuse anything edible or drinkable, that is when it becomes poison to your body system.

pic below is jus between MARCH 1ST to 22nd.

2022.. but today make it Day 4 I stopped n strictly water.

I found masef here becos I stopped alcohol n puffs few years back .. the stayed on skushi mainly until I stopped it aswell n found masef carbonated .. bt now � ALONE, NOT UNTIL I AM DOWN WITH AILMENTS I GO do right thing I am doing now!
