First, you have to be determined.
Second, try and reason why you need to stop. Maybe its taking too much of your savings or fear of diabetes or obesity etc.
Third, Get yourself a slim skimmed milk
Fourth, after a day or two when you stop, you will have the urge or thirst to take carbonated drinks. Just take a spoon of milk into cup, add enough water to fill your stomach(don't prepare thick milk). Drink till you full.
If you have lemon or orange fruit, you can also add to it to give you some nice smell or flavour.

Note: avoid taking and wasting the milk anyhow. Only drink the milk when you have the urge for carbonated drinks.
Everything still amount to self control

I would say a lot cos I can't eat my food without a drink by my side except if it involves milk

If I want to eat something spicy I must accompany it with a drink like fanta,Pepsi or malt

So let me just say I've lost count of how many I've actually drank
