I really enjoy the fact that you are taking research and study seriously. But you must study all sides. read from the world's top experts. Get the latest resource. The world of science is discovering more every day.
Remember when you were writing your project at the university, Your supervisor told you not to quote old references because of the constant update in knowledge and education. I urge you to do the same.
