Psiyohos:
CIGARETTES.

Yes you heard me, without cigarettes hungry will kill us. As we Nigerians descend into comummunist slavery.
We have to learn from the Chinese to incorporate cigarette as part of our diet.
They help control the hunger so that we can eat once a day and they shrink our stomachs so that little food will be enough.

You should limit to at most 2 sticks per day
And drink hot tea (Lipton and the likes)to wash down your lungs.
My brand ( Oris Strawberry)

E go better.

Cigarettes to kill hunger? Nigeria hasn't gotten to that level abeg!
At least, a derica of beans is still about #400-#450, which is very affordable for many, and is enough to sustain a (broke) person through the day.

So I decided to reduce the money I spend on rice and ask My customer to sell me the cheapest rice possible I was given
Wake rice, 450 derica
It has stones oo

Plenty stones and sand
You can smell the petrichor in the rice l smell all the dust of this world inside the rice.

I had to boil and wash it 3 times and wash it again,
I fear this rice.

But at the end it made sense, it's a wonderful rice it has some of its husk and the fibre on it makes you full and for longer
But thee work no be here.

I'm eating it again for sure.

The rest na normal normal
Tomato and pepper- 300 naira
Eggs - 2 (150)

I used palm oil
