TINUBULATION TIPS

As things get tougher, we as individuals have to get smarter in this age of Apprehension, the goal is to survive no matter what.

1. First cut off the buying of sachet water, I boil water in a pot and transfer it when it cools to water bottles that I take for the day.
If you calculate it, its cheaper.

2. Beans is your friend, I always boil beans everyday, Everyday? YES everyday!
Beans being an oligosaccharide stays longer than empty carbs and rice.
The trick is to boil it first with salt for 15 minutes, sieve it out, boil it again and allow the hot water soak it, Go to work come back and it would have soften, this way you save more on gas.

3. Garri ,Kuli and a Bulb of Onions every week.
Yes Garri is the sustainer the retainer of blood sugar and the gauge, the first aid, the hope,
Cancel the breakfast of tea and now expensive bread.
Switch to garri instead. FAST till 10 am drink your garri quitely with enough sugar either with moi moi or with kuli. I prefer the red garri because of the eye though At the end of the week, you eat a bulb of onions to assist the eyes.
Normalise the use of locust beans to cook either stew or soup to also help.

4. Get A Charcoal stove, we don't know what is coming but, just incase buy one to reduce the pressure on your gas.
Food like beans and Rice can slowly be cooked there.

5. REDUCE your Stress
Medicine is now very expensive, don't stress yourself and fall sick, Who sick now, Don enter one chance. Learn to sit quietly, sleep or watch a movie, conserve as much energy as possible.

6. MANAGE WHAT YOU HAVE
Don't buy anything for now, e.g Cloth, bag etc until after March next year so that we cross the danger zone safely.
Reduce your food option to mainly beans, Grounded beans, Kunnu, Potatoes and Acha

You need food that last for long in the stomach
It better your farts smell than dying of hunger

Many of us think we are really breathing properly but we are not.
