It is plainly obvious you are not a follower of the crowd. You do your own thing.it is good.
But you can bend a little at times.
Keep up the good work!!!๐Ÿ‘

Potatoes and fried pepper.

Potatoes - #500
Pepper (rodo) - #100
Tomato - 100
Ponmo -150

I decided to cook this after seeing a person selling it at work.
I learnt the trick of boiling the potatoes with nylon inside the pot before covering it
Add enough water and use a small poly bag or nylon to cover the potatoes to give it an all round cooking with the steam

Boil your ponmo and add it to your sauce.

Dazzol

Hello, please don't use nylon to cook.

It's plastic; part of it will melt and leak into your food.

Please do away wiht it and use leaves instead.
Thanks

The one cure for erectile dysfunction

Control Onions Also called Country onions.

Consuming 4/5 of this is good for men with lingering problems. With 2 bulbs of onions and you might rule the bed.

This thread will also feature local herbs that can replace the tablets and pill. I have a modern medicine luddism, believing they make us weak and sick, and keep us coming back to thier industry.

Boiled Scent leaf is still the best Anti- Malaria.
Eat the leaf also.

Interesting thread. Kudos Op.

I made a conscious decision years ago to stop eating processed foods & stick strictly to organics. More meats, eggs, natural oils & no artificial sugar. I don't take sodas or any fruit juice whatsoever.

It's incredible how fit & healthy my body, skin & hair looks. I do intermittent fasting like everyday, detox on weekends.

I love your concsious approach to healthy eating with the limited options you have.

I pray a favorable turnaround comes soon in your life. Cheers buddy.

Ginger, Dried and Fresh & Aloe Vera

As we enter into the new era of Trekking Pro Max
You need to make these two things part of you.

I always wondered why the Notherners put dried Ginger in their boiling water for tea, it is because
It helps with Herniations (or tear in the Pelvis from walking)
And they walk a lot !!

Well we are about to join them, both in the Trekking and using of Ginger

DIRE STRAITS!!!

As the country gets tougher, I introduce you to the simple act of gleaning.

Watch the documentary the Gleaners and I by Agnes Varda.

Are you hungry, seriously hungry with no food, go to the farmerโ€™s Market and glean transit damaged farm produce
There's no crime, and it's free food.
I joined a Northerner to glean for damaged banana and got rewarded a bunch for My troubles
I got filled for free , while I bought potatoes 500 naira for the weekend.

Ugwu soup.

My strictness to not exceed 500 naira on soup, made me not to buy fish or even ponmo.

Ugwu - 200
Dawa - 100
Achi (thickener) - 100

I ended up eating it with rice.

This thread goes to prove that any one can be okay in this life, Since a lot of us will not be able to travel abroad we can live a wonderful life here also in Nigeria.

Many things peddled are scams.
Just live a clean and upright life, practice Minimalist living. 5 of each clothes at most.
Read books, Be upright and live simply and you can achieve your goals in time..

If the cure for Body pain, malaria and even cancer lies in Scent leaf, lemon, lime and ginger.
300 naira
Then what else are we being deceived with?..

Poverty really is a thing of the mind. The goal is to make this 'wealth' a common place thing. And amidst the noise you should also find peace and happiness in this Nigeria albeit the cheap version.

HEALTH IS WEALTH but Wealth is NOT Health

While simple living or moderation is a good counsel to live by; health challenges have gone beyond the triviality of imputing the remedy for terminal ailments in simple herbs and fruits quoted in your submission.

"Herbology" HAS GONE TO SCHOOL. And has graduated with Masters & PhD.

At the Dr. Felix Herbal University Teaching Hospital (DFHUTH); the remedy for Cancer, Kidney Failure; Stroke, Sickle Cell etc and other terminal ailments go through seven stages or more, e.g.;

1. Orientation
2. Mucus Detox
3. Alkaline Vitality
4. Hydrotherapy
5. Nutrition
6. Healing Therapy.

*Here RESULTS HAVE BEEN CONCRETE and not speculations.

Herbs and personnel are no longer available with the village Elders alone, herbal education is quite advanced now; don't trivialize the use in complex matters;
Especially matters like Cancer, that even regular doctors cannot handle; these are being resolved with Herbal Health Care Delivery System now.

Thank you.
