Most women giving birth nowadays are people that still need to be disciplined under their parents but they have been exposed to to society negatively. That's why there is confusion everywhere in the society.

I remember years ago I went to the hospital. While I was waiting to be called, I saw this very young girl maybe 13 or younger.
