I do not know how speaking about women issues and relationship between consensual sex partners became a christian ministry for some people.?

For the records,These things are not in the scripture and I stand to be challenged or corrected.

We end up inventing personal ideas,talking rubbish and churning out unnecessary opinion to try to stay relevant when we become too creative with the landmarks.

Despite all these wokeness in whatever they are teaching, marriages in the supposed christian spaces are witnessing more unfaithful partners,higher divorce rates,spousal murder and all kinds of evil.

If we can follow the direct teachings of scripture and obey customs that align therewith,we won't be witnessing all these irrelevant teachings.

So, what does the Scripture teach about women being provided for by their spouses?
Please, show us Bible verses that contradict his statements.

This is not about tribalism, but igbos have a funny mentality about dealing with ladies, money money, money!!! And on the long run the ladies got entitled to it and the men are complaining , you can't bring a monkey up with banana and withdraw suddenly. I won't use the word " simp" to qualify them but they have a very high propensity to chase women with money irrespective of any background check if the feeling is mutual.

This pastor is just talking from his personal perspective which is heavily influenced by his background, everyone should take care of his/ herself, ladies get the best jobs nowadays, this is not the medieval period where women are almost servants to the men.

I’m not too religious but I keep wondering the kind of interpretations different people give to the word of God. I want us to study this chapter of the Bible with me , Gen 2 vs20 - 24….. 20So the man gave names to all the livestock, the birds in the sky and all the wild animals.
But for Adam no suitable helper was found. 21So the Lord God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, he took one of the man’s ribs and then closed up the place with flesh. 22Then the Lord God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man.
23The man said,
“This is now bone of my bones
and flesh of my flesh;
she shall be called ‘woman,’
for she was taken out of man.”
24That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife, and they become one flesh.

I believe we have scholars here please help me in interpreting this verses, cos to me it’s clearly stated that a woman is supposed to be a “help” to a man and secondly it says a man leaves his father and mother is united to the wife; I don’t know but it’s obvious it’s the man that sacrifices the more in marriage than the woman…….I stand to be corrected thank you.
