Inec did not cooperate with obi with regards to giving him bivas data. They gave him only a few states which will not be sufficient to prove his case in court. The electoral law says you must file petition within 21days after election, so obi's lawyers have to file the case with what they have first before 21days elapse.

My question is if eventually that number 3 disqualifies Tinubu, will another election be held only at FCT or there's going to be another round of elections nationwide?

There will be a second nationwide election with just two candidates. The one with the highest vote count ( Tinubu) and the candidate with the majority votes in more states ( Obi).

If this happens, and it will with the courts asking for fresh elections in 60days, the APC will be happy and accept the contest cos they can see from the gubernatorial election they have the rigging machine of intimidation from the governors. Thy will try it a second time, only this time youths will meet agbero on the street, eye to eye. It will be a fight for survival, for freedom, it will be an election like no other, blood bath....but at the end...........🙂.

This report seems to be incomplete. That said, I had wanted to dismiss these prayers as a layman, but then I remembered that I have not challenged any election in court before and won. Not once, but doing it twice! So who am I. Abeg carry go o Okwute!
