It has nothing to do with the actual conduct of election on February 25
By law it should have been raised 180 days before the election
A candidate cannot be disqualified from an election that has been held and concluded
This really is a shame because it is a legitimate question which Nigerians are entitled to hear but on technical ground I expect the Tribunal to designate it a preelection matter and therefore to not even discuss it I expect the Tribunal to listen only to issues about election and collation

That's why it's hard to overturn elections.
