There are some hearings at Tribunal's that require testimonies, not just physical evidence.

Obi's counsel is smart... if you think well, one thing B.A.T avoided during the whole election season was "one on one debates", this Tribunal may expose what he had been hiding all this while because he will be grilled by lawyers.

Secondly Foreign testifiers will be present (due to this drug matter), I assure you there will be drama during the hearing because unexpected people will be invited and if any gaffe is made by B.A.T, you very well know it will be expressly linked to the aftermath of Narcotic usage. It has to be a conviction from a court, not just an allege crime.

So a separate case has to be filed and it's not going to be a tribunal case. Also, it is a preelection case so the tribunal cannot have jurisdiction on a criminal case that is not an election matter.
