It’s a petition let the tribunal gives the case hearing first… Tinubu will defend this case…. It has nothing to do with the actual conduct of election on February 25
By law it should have been raised 180 days before the election
A candidate cannot be disqualified from an election that has been held and concluded
This really is a shame because it is a legitimate question which Nigerians are entitled to hear but on technical ground I expect the Tribunal to designate it a preelection matter and therefore to not even discuss it I expect the Tribunal to listen only to issues about election and collation
