I reside in Nigeria and I have both Nigerian international passport and Seychelles passport. The later passport can access the Schengen region visa free but I'm not too sure what I'm to expect if I embark on such journey.

In reality, has anyone here travelled visa free to any European country? If so what were the conditions and requirements?

Do you have to border yourself with home-ties if you just want to visit for about2 weeks and return?

Pls people like @pansophist and the very active experts, pls help your brother shed some light on this matter

I intend to get in through France, spend 3 days in Paris then move by train to Holland, spend 3 days, then move to Germany, spend 3 days and then to Belgium, another 3 days and finally back to France and round it up to a total of 3 weeks.

Apart from my flight ticket to and fro, do you think $3,000 will be enough for food, hotel and light fun?

I have a feeling that it is a runs Seychelles passport, that would be busted by Nigerian immigration officers at the airport as they did a guy who claimed he has Mauritius passport and was using it to head to Germany that was visa free for those who have the passport, it was FAKE and he was arrested.

I hear hostels are far cheaper than hotels, and my friend told me transportation by land is also very cheap.

I don't need any Nigerian food as I'll be back in 2-3weeks time.

All the people having wild thoughts should pls stay away because this isn't one of your Japa escapade, this is a 2 weeks vacation to get exposed to the Western world and system.

any other 2 countries you want is fine but Paris is a must for you….beautiful city but be careful of bad guys at night in Paris some places is just like Osodi at night thieves everywhere. Also for good memories and places to see Paris is number one. Brussels is close to Paris also Germany is close to Brussels you can do the three countries like that.

I have hitchhiked from Rotterdam (The Netherlands) to Presevo (Serbia) before, but that was a long time ago when the boy was a broke student. That was a 2000 km journey and I got free accommodation via couchsurfing.

All I am saying is that 3k is a lot, you will enjoy yourself.
