American University of Nigeria, Wigwe University of Nigeria and all other business and Stores that are transacting businesses in dollars should be made to stop immediately.
They are part of the problem why the Naira is sliding against the dollars..
These businesses should be closed down outrightly if the fail to comply.
No more time for rubbish again.

Until Nigeria sends EFCC to arrest ALL the NNPC officials and demand what they have been doing with the billions of dollars we earn from the high crude oil prices, we will not solve this dollar crisis.

NNPC officials are stealing all the dollars and nobody is even trying to question where all the money is!

Some private schools and organisations demand for school and service fees in Dollars, what nonsense? That is a total disregard for the country where they earn their livings. Heavy sanction should be imposed on those institutions.

So how does Dangote come in? Is he demanding for dollars for any of his products? Or because you hate him, the govt should stop him from buying item abroad which of course must be paid in dollars? Hate him with passion, he doesn't even know you exist let alone your feeling.

CBN is just plain clueless about how to tackle the decline in the value of naira. Those paid APC online agents quoting me up and down should rest, Nigerians aren't fools, it's clear that the government have run out of ideas on how best to solve the problems that they created.

They arent clueless. All these measures should have been adopted a long time ago. But corruption woukdnt let them implement it. You cant spend any forign currency in USA or China. But e reach our turn, we are dollarizing our economy. Moreover there are saboteurs trying to frustrate the government and Nigerians.

It's not a new law by the CBN, it has been in place since 2007. I wander why the CBN and the police have not gone after the organizations breaking the law

don't forget the naira went from around N900 to N1500 a dollar in a short time. That's more like devaluation from CBN and not gradual weakening.

They aren't.
The problem is deep seated and most of all most Nigerian don't mind if the country goes down just because of greed and personal gain.
All this measure will go a long way.
Most of all we should start seeing activities in the Ministry of Agriculture, that where the revolution towards greater foreign earning should start

EFCC has been compromised...they should create a new crime agency to investigate and arrest strictly those that work with government agencies and their associates ( banks inclusive)

Dollarization of the economy is a sign that business owners have lost faith in the naira as a store of wealth, therefore, it's a symptom of a more serious disease rather than the cause, until the clueless APC leaders treats the underlying problems they caused from the day Tinubu took over and declared that subsidy is gone without a plan on how to mitigate it's effects, the naira would continue to loose value while more businesses would continue to demand for payments in USA dollars in order to safeguard the value of their money.

real big thieves are experts and they have top lawyers and bankers helping them. If you use gra gra arrest them they will beat you in court and get a judge to restrain you from harassing them further. EFCC never too get level like that so they'll have to tread with caution.
