This is not the first time we are witnessing this in Nigeria. Stop crying like a baby ..get yourself ice block and put.it in your bucket and add water to it ...you will arrive at a situsble temperature your body will like . it doesn't cause any health issues, drinking much water is just the simple solution, sweating is even good for humans,as it helps remove toxins from the body.
