^^ This one would have been a great thread, but it appears the discussants lost interest too quickly. Even at that, I felt in the two pages it lasted, the fraudulent concepts of freewill and predestination as espoused by Christianity were soundly dealt with.

Newbies like me (at least in terms of activity) missed some great debates I actually started debating kind of accidentally, always felt it wasn't that good a thing to do. But I've had me a change of mind I think knowledge gets cleaned up, leaned and firmed by debate (depending on the debater, of course). It's guys like Pastor AIO I really regret never having been on the same thread with. By the way, sir, @PastorAIO, you seem not to follow people back generally, why's that? It'd be great if I could follow your thoughts.

I've got to admit that I can suddenly lose interest in a thread and so it seems that I'm not responding to someone who is addressing me. Sometimes in this case I will try to respond if I am being addressed explicitly in order to round off my contribution to the thread.

No, sir. I mean you do not "follow" back when people "follow" you on nairaland just like in twitter. It's like nairaland's equivalent of adding friends so that you can be kept informed of their activity on nairaland and message them too. You currently follow only Ptolemeus, I think his name is.

Okay, I get you. To be honest, I don't really see what is the point of that following people thing. I usually just check out the threads on the first page of the religion section. Even the one guy that I'm following, Ptolomeus, I don't get updates on his activities. It made me wonder what the point of following someone is. Maybe I just don't know how to use the technology right.

I think intolerance became the norm is what "killed" this section! I also think I spear-headed that intolerance against the "normal" Christians so I helped slash the sections neck!

The new theme will take some time getting used to. I notice you were a regular on this section sometime back. Is this a 'welcome back' or 'just passing'?

I just arrived Naija, for the past few days trying to log on, couldn't remember my password. All my old Id's surprisingly have been unbanned. This place hasn't changed much, different sects still fighting day and night. LOL.

I'm fine on my brother, thanks for asking. Been okay for awhile now, just getting my stuff together. Decided to give myself a tour of the world mehn, we only live once oo. Try to enjoy the good things of life as much as you can before you kick the bucket or before some fool knacks the bucket on your head.

I might be visiting here from time to time if I have the chance. I would love the discuss NDE's with you folks here sometime, have some amazing experiences to share. Would be nice to hear varying perspectives.
