to judge means to pass a verdict, to decide someones fate, it doesn't mean if someone does something wrong you can't tell him or her, he or she is wrong. but don't tell the person you are going to hell. so one can tell someone he's wrong and correct him but don't pass a verdict like because of what you did you are going to hell.
