Of course evolution is real. The story of creation actually spans millions of years. In cosmic circle 1 day of God creation is actually equivalent to millions of years in earth time.
Physical evolution culminated in Homo Sapiens. We are now currently in the age of spiritual evolution which will culminate in Homo Spiritualis. Which is my term for the fully God realized Human being. This is already happening as we speak.

Physical evolution on earth is finished. What is left is spiritual evolution where we evolve into God-realized Spiritual Beings

These beings exist at a different wavelength with different constituents from us. That is why you can not see them with your physical eyes.
