Yes, there is no way any soul can stop living.
Soul is eternal and immortal. Only the different bodies that soul puts on, can be dropped when they wear out, soul simply puts on another body and continues its existence

Suicide is just like someone dropping out of soul. The only thing that happens is that the soul is returned to another body within a short time to continue its schooling in the lower worlds

what's the quality of life that a suicide victim gets in his rebirth?

The quality of life a suicide victim gets in his rebirth is 7 times harsher than the one he ran away from.

Suicide is a serious spiritual crime a soul can commit against itself because it goes against the will of God in establishing the lower universes which serve as school for souls to grow and mature. That is why suicide is never encouraged because it doesn't solve any problem but rather worsens the future conditions the soul will face.

If you are going through hard times ask the Holy Spirit to reveal to you the lessons you need to learn from the tough experiences. Once you learn them, the conditions will fizzle away.
Ultimately every condition facing soul is meant to bring soul closer to God.
