I have had soul travel experience in which I had to rescue a relative from psychic sharkle but I didn't tell the person what I did. The person eventually told me the same experience and what I did but to her it was all a dream.
I have had several other verifications of my own experiences so I don't need any other authentication nor do I even think it necessary as there are spiritual laws to follow.
The law of silence determines what you share and really we are not interested in convincing anyone about the authenticity of the inner planes. It is up to you. If you are ready to find out, then take the steps as we have taken and find out for yourself.

Soul travel is undertaken strictly to bring Soul closer to God by experiencing the light and sound of God as it flows through the different planes. This strengthens your conviction and removes the impurities that bog Soul down in the physical universe

Nothing is a simulation because creation is finished in the lower world. You can not imagine what does not already exist. For you to imagine it means it already exist, so the imagination is trying to bring you in harmony with it so that you can fully experience it.
All the ideas, all the cartoon worlds, all the films already exist in the mental plane. Creative people are able to tap into this plane and bring those ideas to life for us to enjoy in the physical plane.
The inner planes are real and the people you see there too are real. If you met someone you know in a dream, it is real and happening in a real place and if the person is an aware soul, he or she can remember what you did together in the dream. It all boils down to level of awareness or state of consciousness of the people involved.

The lower universes are worlds of duality or opposites where you have good and evil, tall and short, male and female etc.

Specifically created by God as a school for souls to mature spiritually. You make your choice which road or which action to take whether good or evil using the materials that are already created in the lower universes. And of course each action generates a reaction called Karma which returns your choice to you enabling you to learn from your choice. How to use the materials in the universes of God is entirely up to Soul.

Remember that nuclear energy can be used to generate electricity that makes life easier but man still decided to use it as weapon to kill his fellow man generating more negative karma. We are totally responsible for how we use the materials in creation , not God.

Most of my Soul Travel experiences are not just moving into the inner to have fun and fly around. Most are for problem solving and trouble shooting and acquiring spiritual knowledge.
In one of my experiences, I had sat down to do my spiritual exercises and as usual I placed my attention on the spiritual eye and started singing the HU. My awareness started expanding and the next moment I was in a room with my sister and she was crying. She told me that my father is dead. I told her not to worry as I know what to do. I knew exactly where to find my father. I expanded my awareness to his favourite spot in our family house and there he was.

I told him that now is not a good time for him to die as we still need him in the family. After reasoning with him he decided to go back to his body. I came back to my physical consciousness.
Much later my sister told me that my Dad told her that he actually translated but was convinced to come back. He didn't tell her who did the convincing of course.

This is one way soul travel can help in trouble shooting a problem

Another experience was one of our neighbors who was quite close to me. I really liked her. She died from a brief illness and the mother was quite heartbroken as she was her favourite daughter.
I wanted to check in on her and know how she was coping in the inner worlds. I did my spiritual exercises and focused my attention on her and in an instant I found myself in a building and she was sitting down in the living room. She was surprised to see me. We chatted and I told her that her mother is missing her.
After a while she got up and entered the kitchen. She didn't come out again. I was worried and I went in to look for her. There was an elderly woman there. I asked about my neighbor and she took me to a shelve containing several earthen pots.

She brought out a pot that was broken and told me that the pot belonged to my neighbor and that the fact it was broken means she has reincarnated.
I came back to physical consciousness.

It wasn't long when her sister delivered a baby and I went to welcome her back. Every body was surprised the way the baby reached out to me when I came. I carried her and looked deep Into her eyes. We recognized each other.
I whispered in her ears. Welcome back.
Of course I had to keep the law of silence as it was a Christian family who didn't believe in reincarnation.

It wasn't long when her sister delivered a baby and I went to welcome her back. Every body was surprised the way the baby reached out to me when I came. I carried her and looked deep Into her eyes. We recognized each other.
I whispered in her ears. Welcome back.
Of course I had to keep the law of silence as it was a Christian family who didn't believe in reincarnation.

I read a book by CW leadbeater called Invisible helpers, he shared experiences of people who can astral project helping people that have passed over who are having trouble getting bye.

So, since Nigeria is a religious country with many people believing that they will stay in their grave until judgement day, I assume their are many earthbound spirits around who don't know what to do.
My question is, do you often do this Kind of missionary work?

It is really unfortunate. The spiritual damage that people do to themselves with wrong interpretation of holy scriptures can be quite devastating. With some people even going ahead to kill others all in the name of what they understood from their scriptures.

I can say that I was quite lucky in this lifetime as I had an early awakening. I remembered my past lives and I was surprised with what I was being taught in the church. I had to start my own search and started scrutinizing the Holy Bible for myself. I was surprised to have a completely different understanding from what the pastors were teaching .

And because of these wrong teachings there are a lot of earth bound souls in our environment. They don't even have any idea they are dead and they keep roaming around trying to interact with the living. Sometimes we do help those who ask for it. But most times we go out of our way to help loved ones

Classical example is my mother who was even a Reverend minister with her own church. She was earthbound when she died. I even had to jab her about her believes and where she has found herself. She was eventually crossed over when she gave consent to be helped. This is mostly the reason I don't like talking much about these issues. People need to go within and see things for themselves.

Also, do people reincarnate that fast?

It depends on the karmic profile of that person and the lessons yet to be learnt.

I have actually seen them continuing this singing and praising after translation not knowing they are slowing down their spiritual growth. It's really quite sad.

It is a matter of choice. When you make up your mind and choose to find out, the rest comes easy. But of course most will prefer to be lead like sheep and be told what to do and how to live their life by the priestcraft. They surrender their lives to people who don't even know more than them.
