God bless you.

greenhulk:

Very sensible comment, but will the people reason like this? People are quick to write rubbish based on the topic that says 1.5gb for N3,000 which is not true. If this is due to data floor price then it makes sense in the long run provided the minimum rate is reasonable. Without floor price then it will be very difficult for a small companies to compete, they will run at a loss which is bad in the long run.

Only in Nigeria leaders punish the populace for voting them.Am begining to believe that Buhari is deliberately heartless and punishing Nigerians for loosing election all this while, If not, why the hike in price for everything

Nigerians are helpless in the hands of these, people who fly their children abroad were food is cheap, tariff's are low, there are trains, steady power supply and standard education, yet they feel Nigerians deserve the worst. Data is the only thing that makes Nigerians feel alive, instead of making it cheaper , they make it more expensive to make us stranded, God bless Nigeria.
That's ask I can say.

And God said unto Samuel, I have heard the grumblings of the children of israel, I will give them a king that will take their vineyard, tax them and increase their yoke, for they want change, and change they will get

this is change, change we must get,but I can predict that till the end of the pages of this thread, zombies of the federal Republic of Nigeria will not make a single meaningful comment, even though this is an issue that affects every irrespective of party affiliation, some may even use their alternate handles to view, smh
God will punish them all with their dullard idiotsss

Nigeria is taking a lead in something for the first time. This 21st century Reccession is without doubt the Product of IT. IT has already replaced human labour and skill by more than 60%. It's a matter of a short while before the remaining 40% is completely overtaken. May be Britain and the US have known this, but by their CAPITALIST SYSTEM would allow it to thrive to maintain their essential economic dominance. NCC is presently talking about mtn, etisalat, airtel, mtel etc, Our FG should decree at least 20% Sales Tax on all Samsung, Nokia, Toshiba, Microsoft, Sony etc electronic products manufactured and/or sold in Nigeria. Remaining Zurkerberg, Intalgram, Twitter etc, don't worry. Very soon our IT CAT will catch up with them. We want our CAT(cost added tax) to replace PIT(personal income tax) since IT is very bold to replace human labour. Let Buhari raise money from IT instead of begging to borrow or relying on oil money. Afterall, Market women, Barbers, Professors etc, all use smart cell phones and all shall be proud tax payers to Nigerian economy. The Government would never again dare to loot or waste a kobo of this tax payer's money.. From--afgg.
are you just pretending to be this stupid? How is IT replacing human labour? Isn't it still humans who do the work, or do we use robots in Nigeria?

E be like say you dull pass Buhari sef.

Now, that is exactly the evil plan of this directionless government. They don't want you to continue criticizing them on social media, so they want to shut out Nigerians from attacking them through the social media.
hmmm nawa o, change change change. nigerians are the most gullible set of humanbeings to believe one political party will come and save the day. they rebranded the ego better theme and called it change.

How sir?? If we should converge now, its an offence. The only means now is the internet and they are about to cut that off....we need a "jerry rawlings" that's all...
lol...jerry rawlings was also like us at a point in his life..my point is how do govt make all that money they squandering?by tax, oil, and human output..look at all this means and u will see the masses are directly or indirectly involved in enriching the govt..our inability to fight is due to nigerians not wanting to suffer or sacrifice comfort for the greater good..if we can begin to converge mentally on a particular forum and build strength from there, then it will be easy to let govt know we are in control..but it begins with people like u,and me,like minds who are tired of watching and complainin..there is no crime in boycotting govt means of livelihood..imagine 5million nigerians deciding not to buy fuel for a week beginin on a particular day..u tink they wont feel it..as they are pinching us lets also begin pinching them.this last election will tell u that we gettin there gradually..

I haven't stopped hating anything FG but for pple to protest against this hike in data price for meis a NO NO.....

1. There was 90% increment in fuel price, Nigerian didn't protest cos they stupidly took it & smiled.

2. Foods became invisible in the market & Nigerians didn't protest.

3. Foods, commodities & products now sell @ 100% of previous price for instance the Sniper biggest size i always buy for 1,200-1,300 is now 2,500 or the retailer decides not to buy & even when he buyshe must make sure that u gave him the money to get it for u....Nigerians didn't protest or sign petition.

4. DSS, EFCC, ICPC, etc are now above the law & can beused to intimidate pple & instead of Nigerians to see the handwriting of lawlessness, they applauded the man & said he shld ride on.

5. Nigeria is in recssion but someone knowing that Nigerians are gullible said "recession was just a word"....Nigerians didn't protest cos they were smiling.

6. In life when I slap u the 1st time, 2nd, 3rd, 4th & so on & u don't fight back, the next time I would not slap u, I would kill, maim & bury u be that now.

7. Govt from FG to State say there is no money to pay salary but ask the voters in the concluded elections, pple got as few as 2,000naira to vote any of big 2 parties, in Edo, Ondo, Rivers, Bayelsa, etc APC Ondo outspent PDP from 4,000 to 6,000 plus cos PDP were giving 2,000-3000....& then u wonder why 9JA be like this

8. There is a BILL currently to increase VAT thru telecommunication by 9%, CBN gov'nor said NCC shld tax more after 3mins of calling & now NCC wey don grow wings don increase data tariff, it just means that this directive is just the beginning of testing the waters.
What type of education did u acquire. It is the govt that is pushing for higher tarrif and not the telecom operators. Why should we not protest? I know buhari is doing this to limit the number of users of Internet fearing criticism.
