The Oba of Benin was the head of the Benin Empire so it's not surprising to see the other Kings under his rule borrow certain aspects of his clothing style. We've seen this in the British Empire- it's not a new phenomenon. The question should really be why have you changed your argument?

I likened the situation of the Igbos living under the Benin Empire's to that of Nigerians under the British Empire i.e. living under an empire doesn't equate to a shared ethnicity, which you disagreed with so I asked you what Eze Chima's Bini name was seeing as you implied that you disagreed with the notion that he wasn't a Bini man. If you didn't mean that then I was mistaken and I apologise but your point was a bit confusing considering the way you responded to that post.
