You are a liar and spreading Falsehood

Counter what I said

You think the Bible is a philosophical book

The Bible is the living word of God

The Bible Carey's life of God

Power to live above sin

You are saved by grace and not works. Jesus did the work that make salvation possible. After that you are saved, your name has been written in the book of life, you have gotten the promised eternal life, you are in the kingdom of God then you need to prove yourself in the kingdom by good works in order for a good conscience towards God and man. The truth is that in the kingdom that you are there are laws in that kingdom for now that kingdom is spiritual, if you break the laws you expose yourself to attack of the one and only enemy Satan. The gospel is Good and sweet, stop making it bitter. Thank you

Falsehood

Believe on the Lord Jesus and though shall be saved

What is redemption

You redeem something by paying a price
Jesus got eternal redemption with his blood

1/Peter 1 said that we have been redeemed not with corruptible things as silver and gold but by the precious blood of Jesus

All you wrote up there are falsehood, deception lies and of the devil.

Brothers, if you have believed in the false
doctrine that says you can lose your salvation,
please now is the time to throw it away. Leave
that false church which is selling that counterfeit
gospel to you. Find a church which believes in
eternal security, but.

Eternal security without meeting the conditions? pure lie

Exodus 32:32-33 ~ Yet now, if thou wilt forgive their sin; and if not, blot me, I pray thee, out of thy book which thou hast written. And the LORD said unto Moses, Whosoever hath sinned against me, him will I blot out of my book.

Many falsely teach that once a persons name is in the book of life they can never be lost and that name can never be blotted out.
Here it is clearly seen that certain people will have their names blotted out of the book of life and God shows exactly who it will be that will have their names blotted out.
It is not just those who commit horrendous crimes, but it is all those who choose to turn from righteousness and sin against him that will have their names blotted out of the book of life and perish.

Ezekiel 18:24 ~ But when the righteous turneth away from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, and doeth according to all the abominations that the wicked man doeth, shall he live? All his righteousness that he hath done shall not be mentioned: in his trespass that he hath trespassed, and in his sin that he hath sinned, in them shall he die.

If ever the question of eternal security was asked in the Bible it is here. It is clearly asked ‘what happens to a saved man when he chooses to go back into sin?’
The answer is that none of his past experiences of salvation will be remembered by God but in his sin he will die and be lost. Oh, let us not listen to the lies but always fear God, continue in righteousness, and be saved!

And did I in any way say that I as a Christian enjoys sin

Infanct a child of God when he makes mistake his heart condemns him. A Christian can never be comfortable in sin. Most especially the wonderful fellowship he enjoys with the Father.

True Christianity is having a personal relationship with the father. A heart to heart fellowship. A daily walk with the Lord. He directs everything about you. Romans 8 said they that are led by the spirit of the Lord are the sons of God.
I can tell you that is my daily life.

Go and read the book of John and see what Jesus said about his relationship with the father.

Read Hebrews 12 where the father disciplines those that are his why That they may be partakers of his holiness

I am not here quoting Bible rather experiencing and proving God's word in my daily life.

Most of you will be surprised on the last day. Many of the people you condemn and judge are known in heaven while some of you are not even known

There is currently a false gospel out there which says once you accept Jesus and you go back to sin, you will lose your salvation. They make is seem like you are the one who saved yourself, hence their talk of you losing your salvation. So many people believe in this garbage gospel which is leading them straight to hell fire. Such people have called God a liar.

The proponents of this counterfeit gospel love to use Judas Iscariot as an example that one can lose his salvation. But was Judas Iscariot ever saved? Let the Bible enlighten us on that. First of all, what is the criteria for having everlasting life? It is the believe in Jesus.

John 3:16
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Remember what Paul and Silas told that prison keeper when he asked what he could do to be saved.

Acts 16:30-31
30 And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved?
31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.

As seen above, the only way to be saved is by believing in Jesus as the saviour. Now, did Judas Iscariot believe in Jesus? No he didn't and wasn't the only disciple of Jesus who didn't believe in him (hope you know Jesus had other disciples asides the 12). Read the below passage to see how Jesus pointed them out including Judas Iscariot.

John 6:53-71
53Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you.
54 Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.
55 For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.
56 He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him.
57 As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me.
58 This is that bread which came down from heaven: not as your fathers did eat manna, and are dead: he that eateth of this bread shall live for ever.
59 These things said he in the synagogue, as he taught in Capernaum.
60 Many therefore of his disciples, when they had heard this, said, This is an hard saying; who can hear it?
61 When Jesus knew in himself that his disciples murmured at it, he said unto them, Doth this offend you?
62 What and if ye shall see the Son of man ascend up where he was before?
63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.
64 But there are some of you that believe not. For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were that believed not, and who should betray him.
65 And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father.
66 From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him.
67 Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away?
68 Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.
69 And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God.
70 Jesus answered them, Have not I chosen you twelve, and one of you is a devil?
71 He spake of Judas Iscariot the son of Simon: for he it was that should betray him, being one of the twelve.

As seen in verse 64, Jesus knew those disciples of his that believed not in him and the one who will betray him. In verse 65, many of such disciples left him and went their way because they didn't believe in him. This made Jesus to ask his special 12 disciples if they were also going to leave him.

John 6:67-71
67 Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away?
68 Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.
69 And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God.
70 Jesus answered them, Have not I chosen you twelve, and one of you is a devil?
71 He spake of Judas Iscariot the son of Simon: for he it was that should betray him, being one of the twelve.

Notice how Peter answered saying that they are staying with Jesus because they believe he has the words of ETERNAL LIFE and that they BELIEVE he is Christ the Son of God. Remember how John 3:16 said those who believe in Jesus have eternal life.

In Peter's mind all the 12 disciples believed in Jesus, but it wasn't so in the eyes of Jesus who knew one of them didn't believe in him. See what he said below.

70 Jesus answered them, Have not I chosen you twelve, and one of you is a devil?
71 He spake of Judas Iscariot the son of Simon: for he it was that should betray him, being one of the twelve.

Clearly, Judas was never ever saved because he didn't believe in Jesus and he also was a devil as described by Jesus himself. So, for someone to sit somewhere and say Judas lost his salvation is the height of deceit.

Now, all those who believe they can lost their salvation are calling God a liar, and this clearly shows that they are not saved. They call God a liar by not believing in his record which he gave of his Son Jesus Christ.

1 John 5:10
He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.

You might say "oh, what is the record God gave of his Son?"
Just continue to the next verse because His stated what the record is.

1 John 5:11
And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.

One thing you need to know is that the moment you accept Jesus as your saviour and you believe in him, you immediately get the holy spirit who is the witness seen in verse 10 above. Then you immediately get eternal or everlasting life. Even John 3:16 says the same thing.

Now, how are people calling God a liar? They call God a liar by not believing the record that God has given us eternal life. They believe once you sin after accepting Jesus, you immediately lose your salvation which means you have lost the eternal life God gave you for believing in Jesus. If they believe you can lose that eternal life, then was it ever eternal at all? Eternal life means never ending and this is fully achieved upon the resurrection, but you have it now. So if someone tells you you can lose your salvation, that person is saying God lied when he said he gave you eternal life for believing in his son. You have eternal life and you are not condemned because you believe in Jesus.

John 3:18
He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

John 5:24]
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.

All those who believe sin can make you lose your salvation are not trusting in Jesus who has come to save us from our sins. They are trusting in their works of righteousness to save them. They are clearly going to hell fire for rejecting Jesus and trying to save themselves. Works can't save you, it is only the grave of God through faith/believe in Jesus that can save you.

Ephesians 2:8-9
8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

Christ has taken upon himself our sins and transfered his righteousness to us. That is why we are eternally saved regardless of whether we live holy or not.

1 Corinthians 5:21
For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

The true gospel is so sweet and a good news because it states that even if you do no works of righteous but you believe in Jesus, you still will make heaven because your faith in God has made you righteous.

Romans 4:5
But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.

Brothers, if you have believed in the false doctrine that says you can lose your salvation, please now is the time to throw it away. Leave that false church which is selling that counterfeit gospel to you. Find a church which believes in eternal security, but first say the below prayer.

" Father, I believe your son Jesus Christ has come to save me from ny sins because I cannot save my save. I hold on to your word which says those who believe have eternal life. Accept me because I now believe in those words."..Amen.

Your teaching is manipulative. You quote portions of Scripture that appears to support your pre conceived opinions and ignore others that contradicts it.

You pretend not to know that their are so many saved believers who commit sin as though they have never seen the gate of a church. You mean once you are born again, it doesn't matter what you do, you will go to heaven. You are an agent of darkness disguised as a minister of light.

Don't tell me you are not aware of even Pastors who commit adultery and fornication. Do, they will still make heaven even if they don't repent.

Please read your Bible well and stop deceiving people. End time false teachers.

Except a man be born agaim is different from repenting of sins. Being born again is the same as believing in Jesus. Repenting of sins is not writen I'm the Bible as a requirement for heaven.

The challenge is you still believe heaven is only a place you go after death.
Heaven and hell start on earth.
Seeing the kingdom of heaven is accessing and walking in the spiritual revelations of God.
And yes, you can lose your salvation. No need to look far, just ask the atheists and apostates.
But He's a merciful God.
Any one who humbles himself and seeks repentance will be saved.

Lies, fornication, wickedness etc. We all commit those sins. But it is only one sin that sends men to hell fire. That son is rejecting Jesus Christ. If you accept Jesus, you will be saved from the damnation that those sins bring. But rejecting Jesus means those sins will condemn you.

Lol! I learnt that even the devil knows how to quote Bible to use it to confuse people using different means, we can see in Jesus' temptation.
I disagree with basically most of what you've said up to this point, but what you said particularly in this comment caught my attention and I had to comment!

Revelations 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

This is very clear and plain contradiction to what you said. As you can see there, all those sins, including the "unbelieving" that is those who don't believe in the Gospel of Christ and the others listed there will have their part in hell fire.

You can still be rescued from this deadly fallacy you hold dear to and continue to spread. Please read Romans 6 very carefully, it is very possible to live a life above sin. How you may ask?

Romans 6:1-2
1. What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?
2. God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?

It says in the second verse that we are dead to sin, how?

Romans 6:3
3. Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?

Basically, when you believed on Jesus Christ and accepted Him as your Lord and personal saviour, you didn't just do that, you were also baptized into His death, this means you died and were buried with Him. Your sinful life was buried in His death.

Romans 6:4
4. Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

This is saying that since our sinful life was buried with Him and we all know that Jesus was raised from the dead, this means we rise with Him as well, but this time we're leaving our sinful life behind and walking with a new life, a clean life, free and devoid of sin...old things have passed away, behold all things have become new. (2 Corinthians 5:17)

Romans 6:5-7
5. For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:
6. Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.
7. For he that is dead is freed from sin.

Since our old man or old life was crucified with Him, we shouldn't serve sin anymore, because basically that version of you is dead and you're now a new sin-free person that should continue to live that way.

Romans 6:8-14
8. Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him:
9. Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him.
10. For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God.
11. Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
12. Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.
13. Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.
14. For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.

What does this mean? it means now that you died already when you received Christ and Christ died to sin once and now lives to God, we too we should believe ourselves dead to sin and alive to God through Jesus. This means that we should believe that we can live above sin because we are basically dead to it and now we are living in Christ, so Christ has empowered us to live above sin.

v.12 also says don't let sin reign in your mortal body and v.13 says we shouldn't yield any parts of our bodies for sinful purposes because, v.14 Sin doesn't have control over you anymore, you are now under God's grace. Take note! It doesn't say "you can now sin because you are now under God's grace"
Please let this misconception stop. God bless you.

Take a look at all the verses below which speak and believing as the only criteria for eternal life. Show me which of them says you also have to stay away from sin.

And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or children or fields for my sake will receive a hundred times as much and will inherit eternal life. (Matthew 19:29)

"I tell you the truth," Jesus replied, "no one who has left home or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or fields for me and the gospel will fail to receive a hundred times as much in this present age (homes, brothers, sisters, mothers, children and fields--and with them, persecutions) and in the age to come, eternal life. (Mark 10:29-30)

"I tell you the truth," Jesus said to them, "no one who has left home or wife or brothers or parents or children for the sake of the kingdom of God will fail to receive many times as much in this age and, in the age to come, eternal life." (Luke 18:29-30)

"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16)

Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God's wrath remains on him." (John 3:36)

"I tell you the truth, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be condemned; he has crossed over from death to life. (John 5:24)

And this is the will of him who sent me, that I shall lose none of all that he has given me, but raise them up at the last day. (John 6:39)

For my Father's will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day." (John 6:40)

For you granted him authority over all people that he might give eternal life to all those you have given him. Now this is eternal life: that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent. (John 17:2-3)

For this is what the Lord has commanded us: "'I have made you a light for the Gentiles, that you may bring salvation to the ends of the earth.'" When the Gentiles heard this, they were glad and honored the word of the Lord; and all who were appointed for eternal life believed. (Acts 13:47-48)

The law was added so that the trespass might increase. But where sin increased, grace increased all the more, so that, just as sin reigned in death, so also grace might reign through righteousness to bring eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (Romans 5:20-21)

For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 6:23)

Now we know that if the earthly tent we live in is destroyed, we have a building from God, an eternal house in heaven, not built by human hands. (2 Corinthians 5:1)

The one who sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature will reap destruction; the one who sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life. (Galatians 6:cool

But for that very reason I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display his unlimited patience as an example for those who would believe on him and receive eternal life. (1 Timothy 1:16)

Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses. (1 Timothy 6:12)

a faith and knowledge resting on the hope of eternal life, which God, who does not lie, promised before the beginning of time, (Titus 1:2)

he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, whom he poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Savior, so that, having been justified by his grace, we might become heirs having the hope of eternal life. (Titus 3:5-7)

See that what you have heard from the beginning remains in you. If it does, you also will remain in the Son and in the Father. And this is what he promised us--even eternal life. (1 John 2:24-25)

And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life. (1 John 5:11-13)

Keep yourselves in God's love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life. (Jude 1:21)

Romans 8:1
1. There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

There is no condemnation if you don't walk after the flesh, which is equivalent to not sinning.
This in essence means that there is condemnation if you walk after the flesh, that is, if you sin, and you can't tell me you can be condemned and have eternal life at the same time. That is not possible. Thank you.

You are a confuses person. So if is until you get to heaven before you know you are saved when many verses say we already have eternal life just for believing in Jesus?

1 John 5:13
I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life.

Mind you, altar calls of today are fake, that's why people immediately return to sin and even worse. It is fake because the salvation they preach is the type you can lose, which is the counterfeit of the true Gospel of Jesus Christ.

As for unclean, Jesus Christ has taken upon himself our sins and has transfered his righteousness unto us.

The same 1 John 5 you quoted, if you go down:

1 John 5:18
18. We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not.
(KJV)

To enlighten you, here's a different version:

1 John 5:18
18. We know that those who have been made God's children do not continue to sin. The Son of God keeps them safe. The Evil One cannot hurt them. (ERV)

You can see clearly it says when you're now God's child you shouldn't continue in sin.

2 Corinthians 5:21
21. For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

Jesus Christ was pure of sin up to His death. On the cross, basically He took on all the sin of the world and carried it to the grave with Him to bury it. Jesus couldn't ascend to Heaven until he had buried that sin and then he arose all new to live in God, same way it's through Christ that we become righteous because we go through the process when we accept Him, we die and resurrect new.

Finally:

Romans 6:15-18
15. What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid.
16. Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?
17. But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you.
18. Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.
(KJV)

For better understanding:

Romans 6:15-18
15. What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid.
16. Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?
17. But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you.
18. Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.
(TEV/GNB)

I hope this is clear. Even now that you're under grace, if you decide to sin, that means you're giving up yourself as a servant to sin which eventually leads to death (opposite of eternal life...obviously), but if you're obedient and don't sin any longer, you're now a servant to righteousness or doing right things or living right.

Sin is toxic, no part of the Bible makes sin okay, abstain from sin and God bless you.

Don't you kNow that there are consequences for those sins? If you rape, you go to jail. Fornication might come with STD. Is that what you want for yourself?

It is your spirit that is saved, your flesh remains the same. Your flesh pushes you to sin which you will pay times fall for, but your spirit iOS saved eternally.

Errmmm....

Romans 6:13
13. Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.

I believe your member is your flesh.

And also...

1 Corinthians 6:19-20
19. What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
20. For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.

Your body is not yours, God gave you that body for a purpose and when you received Jesus, His Spirit now dwells in your body as a temple, so glorify God in your body AND in your spirit. Not in your spirit alone. Please take note.

Doubt is different from losing faith. John the Baptist had doubts that's why he sent his disciples to ask Jesus if he is truly the Messiah, same John who baptized Jesus, saw the Holy Spirit descend on him and a voice proclaiming him to be the son of God.

No man is holy, not one.

Romans 3:10-12
10 as it is written:

“None is righteous, no, not one;
11     no one understands;
    no one seeks for God.
12 All have turned aside; together they have become worthless;
    no one does good,
    not even one.”

Please don't just cut sections from the Bible and give it your own interpretation, you skipped the previous verse:

Romans 3:9-12
9. What then? are we better than they? No, in no wise: for we have before proved both Jews and Gentiles, that they are all under sin;
10. As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
11. There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.
12. They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

v.9 was trying to prove something, it said "we have proved that both Jews and Gentiles, that they are all under sin" he now proceeded to bring proof of that statement in v.10, as it is written, there is non righteous, no, not one. Sure, before Christ, no one was righteous, but now, we are righteous by our faith or belief in Christ. Thank you.

Also yes, faith without works is dead. This means that your faith is not faith unless there are works to back it up. Believe in Jesus and you will be saved. Yes, but that believe needs to be shown in how you live from that time on ward.

It's just like saying you love someone with your mouth and then you do things that hurt them. Anyone else that sees you will say you don't love that person, why? Because of your works. I rest my case.

1 Timothy 6:20
20. Timothy, keep safe what has been entrusted to your care. Avoid the profane talk and foolish arguments of what some people wrongly call "Knowledge."
(TEV/GNB)

I have not come to argue but to spread light. Peace be unto you all.

Romans 8:1

Thank you.
Walking after the flesh mean you don't have the spirit of God. Please understand the difference. As long as you have the spirit of God but you are still on the flesh, you will son because the flesh is weak, but you won't continue in it. It is those who lack God's spirit that wallow in sin.

You have misconstrued my stance all along. Nowhere did I say one can now continue in sin just because he is saved. What I'm saying is that as long as you are on earth, you will always sin. We are o my striving to be like Jesus who never sinned. If we could love without sin, then we dont need Jesus dying on the cross, well just save ourselves.

All the verses you are quoting are only admomishing to stay away from sin. None says it is a requirement for eternal life.

Now you are derailing your own thread.

Sleep on the Epistle of St James: Faith without good works is DEAD.

You keep hammering on James and without works faith is dead.

If I show you a dead dog, what will you say I showed you? A dog, right? But it is dead, which still doesn't stop it from being a dog, just that it can't do what most other live dogs do. And there's no way you can call the dead dog a stone.

Same thing applies to faith without works is dead. The faith is dead but it still sexists as faith, just that if has no works which makes it different from those with works. But it is still faith. That's why the below verse says faith without works is still seen as righteousness.

Romans 4:5
But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.

I have followed and contributed on this thread

A lot of scriptures have been quoted

Jesus called Christians the light of the world. Salt of the earth. But look around Nigeria. Is there any evidence of such. Are lifestyles and conducts evidence of such?

As we enter the new year 2019 let us genuinely walk with God.
Those that have made mistakes there is room at the cross for you. God is always calling with his arms wide open. He has never given up on any of us.

Those going through challenges, and difficulties, my prayer is that God will see you through and you will come out victorious on the other side

From the write-up, the writer positioned himself as someone who understands better, in reality, needs to understand what he does not understand. From the opening paragraph, "There is currently a false gospel out there which says once you accept Jesus and you go back to sin, you will lose your salvation..." but in reality, the writer is the one spreading a false gospel.

On the issue of raised that "once you accept Jesus and you go back to sin, you will lose your salvation"
I will take you up alongside Judas example raised that he was never saved.

Read Acts 1:17:..." and had (Judas) obtained part of this ministry". How did he obtain it?
By Salvation of course.

Mark 3:13-14
13 And he goeth up into a mountain, and calleth unto him whom he would: and they came unto him (Please note "and they came unto him).

14 And he ordained twelve, that they should be with him, and that he might send them forth to preach,

Read Acts 1:25 "...from which Judas by transgression fell" HE fell by transgression. Do you talk about somebody who is already on the ground that he fell? Of course no. You refer to someone previously standing that he fell. This overrules your concept of intact salvation despite going into sin.
2 Peter 2:20-22
20 For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.

21 For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.

22 But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.

On the issue of Belief,
He misinterpreted the concept of "Belief" and being born again. You can not separate repentance from being born again. Romans 10:9"9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved"
10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Compare scriptures with scriptures, you cannot claim to believe without confession with your mouth.

Acts 3:19 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out ..."
Jesus himself emphasized in Luke 24:47 And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

Any acclaimed belief that does not bring conversion through repentance is fake.

Look, the Bible is not a story book that you can just take anyhow. You clearly don't understand what Peter was talking about when he asked those people to repent. To you, it means he said they should repent of their sins because to you the word repent means turn from your sins. This is wrong and I will prove it. If you believe repent means turn from your sins, then what sin did God commit that the Bible said he repented as seem below?

Exodus 32:14
And the Lord repented of the evil which he thought to do unto his people

Genesis 6:6
And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.

Clearly, Gid is not a sinner for him to repent according to your sense of the word. The verses only say God repented from a former plan. So, Peter telling those Jews to repent means they should repent from their rejection of Jesus Christ whom they killed and now accept him, a thing they did.

You are writing what suits your narrative, Peter told them to repent of their rejection of Jesus to accept Jesus let me go with your logic

It means repentance and accepting Jesus are the same thing or you're just being cunning with word

If Judas did not betray Jesus he wouldn't have hang himself, if Denmas did not looser his salvation Paul would not have to tell us how he(Denmas) backslided, the seven churches that were spoken about by Jesus in the book revelation gives an insight into this discussion, when the Lord said "I will spew you out of my mouth" would Jesus not know about once saved for ever saved? Do you mean Jesus too did not have the understanding of how salvation works? My guy stop chasing shadows

You people lack the spirit of God that's why you don't understand the word of God which are spiritually discerned. Paul never said Demas lost his salvation or left the faith. He only said Demas abandoned him (Paul)

2 Timothy 4:10
For Demas hath forsaken me, having loved this present world, and is departed unto Thessalonica; Crescens to Galatia, Titus unto Dalmatia.

Jesus warning to those churches were earthly punishment, not eternal. You don't understand that either.
