Do we now run away from them? Even too much of protein can lead to high BP, obesity etc.

His purposes will ripen fast, unfolding every hour.” We will surely see an end to the challenges, if we all work together, and eschew hate speeches.

oga,the glycemic index of those foods u mentioned are higher than sugar, but they are far more nutritious and healthier than sugar ......noodles is worse than those food u mentioned in all ramifications.dont forget noodles are highly processed WHITE fLOUR
