Nigerians see noodles as the cheapest food and fastest to cook that they can get especially with the high prices of staple food. So it is very popular here.

Upon it is the cheapest and fastest, I can stay 6 months without preparing it. I don't like noodles.

Bestie, PMB won't be the president by now if our country was going in the right direction in 2015,

But we are happy you put past and present leaders together.
Unlike some &(&%$@# here that paint the picture that Nigeria was like Canada, Dubai or America before PMB became President.
That is our only gross with some kids that quote us negatively on this forum.

Nobody can deny that there are very serious challenges in the country, particularly in the areas of security, the economy, and standard of living generally. But that is not all there is to Nigeria of today, and those challenges are being addressed very robustly. That hymn says “behind a frowning providence, He hides a smiling face. His purposes will ripen fast, unfolding every hour.” We will surely see an end to the challenges, if we all work together, and eschew hate speeches.

If you put a seed from a Fruit, Vegetable, or a grain in soil. It will grow into new life, because it has life energy in it.

But if you put some packaged noodles, packed chips, or any packaged and processed foods in soil, it will not grow into a new life, because it does not have Life energy in it. So, It will decompose.

Because, Life grows, and Dead Decomposes.

Packaged foods is Dead food.
It's making us die slowly from inside.
Eat fresh from the soil, plants and trees, It is alive and will keep us alive with immense amount of Life energy.. ♥️

There is this popular food vlogger you can follow in youtube. I think she is a blogger too. She suffered from severe gluten allergy. It's best if you live outside Nigeria cos the alternatives she provided can be sourced easily outside without breaking your bank.
Her name is downshiftology.

One of my favourites though I'm not glutton allergic but I love her healthy food alternative.

In the case of gluten allergies there is no such thing as moderation . What you need is abstinence except you want to risk having coeliac disease.

Nutritional, you are not healthy.

The statement doesn't apply to your case.

Yeah thanks. But I’ve found may way around feeding without glutton containing food mostly has to do with preparing my food myself natural meals. And when I have to eat outside I basically opt for some type of food and also look out it’s a restaurant where cross contamination is likely to happen but when push comes to shove I use a gluten blocker (but this can’t be taken regularly).

I’m only making you aware it’s not every food that follows the moderation ideology, once it doesn’t fit with your body then you should abstain nothing like you’re moderating.

And for your information I’m healthy you don’t just throw words around ignorantly in your bid to be correct when you’ve been shown the truth.
