Let's examine Psalm 16 in context, shall we?

So, from the above, we understand by sticking with context, that David, the author, speaks of his relationship with the Lord in this. Prior to verse 5, David suggests that unlike other people who claim to worship God but also worship other gods, he, David, remains faithful to the Lord, worshipping only Him. Then in verse 10, David, requires of the Lord that He, the Lord, not let His faithful one rot in the grave.

So, tell me, are you saying the Lord that David spoke of is Jesus Christ or are you trying to inject a third character - besides David and the Lord or God - all together into what David clearly said in this Psalm?

I assume your usage of the word HELL is to mean a place where that which is corrupt ends.

God isn't sending anyone to hell. Like you said, love does no evil. Our God is a just and loving God, hence no one go to hell by God making him go there. It will be an irony as you pointed out.

Now, with you having this knowledge as you stated above that you can't love and have such action, then it should be a starting position, and form a framework of how you will study the Bible to know what Bible actually taught about God, punishment and hell. Use it as a guide and you will find your answers.
