even if they don't believe the still have the right to, they believe in spreading the word of Yahweh in different languages to different parts of the world, must it be the ones you say without a single meaning, so speaking in tongues is a sign quiet alright nobody is disputing that , they are more of help to the Kingdom of God in spreading the word of Elohim in different languages of the world than someone mimicking what someone behind can't understand
If you don't believe in the Truth of God, Jesus Christ, all you can spread are lies in His name. undecided

And those lies are the very reason why the world's understanding of Jesus Christ is where it is today...the Truth of Jesus Christ, the Gospel as taught us by Jesus Christ remains a secret in today's world. undecided

What the world continues to hear from pulpits around the world are the lies and deceit of men, not the Truth of God which is the gospel of the Kingdom of God - the New Covenant Law by which those who believe are meant to model their very lives on. undecided

In as much as natural language can be taught and not understood by the actual speakers, it is possible for people to speak in tongue without being heard and understood by God. Speaking in tongues is a gift from God to who ask for it. So it isn't trained or taught.

Kobojunkie:
So you are suggesting that the reason the apostles and all those in that upper room spoke tongues less than 2 months after Jesus Christ's death was because they asked for it or had someone lay hands on them? undecided

Luke 24:49 And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.

Luke 24:49 And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.
This does not answer the question I asked you at all. undecided

Here again....So you are suggesting that the reason the apostles and all those in that upper room spoke tongues less than 2 months after Jesus Christ's death was because they asked for it or had someone lay hands on them? undecided
