This question is very generic and shows you are actually confused...

Electrical Engineering is a very wide area of Engineering, of which someone needs to specialise in a specific area (Just like General Medicine);
I.e;
Controls systems
Power
Power Electronics
VLSI
Electronics
Telecommunications
I.T
Systems Reliability
Wiring and circuitry
Etc...

The mere fact you asked this question, means you are not even sure of what you want to do as an Electrical engineer...

So which area in Electrical Engineering basically highlights your competencies or piques your interest?

My advice to you, is pick an area and specialise... the rest will fall into place, basically you will automatically gravitate to the right direction, if you specialise.

Sticking to the generic fundamental level of Electrical Engineering limits you to the classroom solving equations.

look at this one, the advice is not for kids! If it's easy then everyone should have made it.... design what you want for yourself and pursuit vigorously! It's all God that blesses people's destiny! Sleep on your bed and expect it will be easy. Those electricians didn't go to school and it's not also easy for them....if you are looking for where it's easy then join yahoo
