So while he was alive he had no church. Before he came, he had no church, and a few years after the death of his Apostles, he had no church?
This would mean that for most of human history, the Church of God was not on earth so why do we need it now, what changed?

I believe most churches are nice to their member's worldwide. Its human nature to show love to those of common belief. I don't think that is special to any church or organization.

The world is becoming less racist not because of any church but as humans advance racism reduces. America fought a war to end slavery. Very few have done as much as Rev Matin Luther King Jr. I wouldn't give the fight against racism to any one organization.

If I understand you, you seem to be saying that the apostles of Christ fell away from the truth after Christ left. Is that what you mean?

Nope! My comment was regarding the 11 who were then commanded to go out into the world, this in Matthew 28 , Mark 16 and Luke 24. There were 11 of then after Judas left the click.

13 At daybreak he called together all of his disciples and chose twelve of them to be apostles. Here are their names

So we see that he chose them out of his disciples and gave them special power and authority.

They were clearly set apart from all his other followers.
