Don't confuse flesh emotiolism (which is very common with modern day pentecostal churches) with true spiritualism. The former can be triggered by submitting to a pastor who claims to possess certain powers while the later comes from total submission to the authority of one and only true Saviour, Jesus Christ.

Adeboye is just a pulpit conman just like most of them there. Ask him if he is a true man of God why is he sharing platform with politicians instead of converting them with gospel of salvation and upcoming judgement of God.

It's what is called conviction.
To a layman, that feeling of guilt initiated by God's Spirit when He exposes your wrongdoing or sin to you.
This is why you'd see a full grown man or a hardened criminal breakdown in tears when they hear a simple gospel.

In the book of Acts 2, "men were pricked in their hearts and asked men and brethren what shall we do?"

This kind of guilt isn't mere remorse, it leads to repentance (a complete change)

Jesus ate with sinners (common men and women) for the primary reason to call them to repentance and forsake their evil ways. He didn't pat them in the back to continue with their sinful ways.

Jesus also particularly to the religious leaders and crooks of that time like the Pharisees calling them dogs, den of thieves, brood of vipers , blind leading blind etc.

Jesus would have use his platform to call out blood soaking evil criminals of APC and Buhari government, not endorsing them or keeping silence

The word of God and the work of the Spirit is independent of your experiences or emotions.
This means you can't use what you experience and feel to prove or disprove the word of God.
But this doesn't mean you won't experience or have emotions when t.
Paul wrote to the Corinthians (2 Cor 7: 8 -10) about how that when they read Paul's epistle they felt bad and were sorrowful. Paul said their sorrow - emotion was not the point here but because their sorrow led them to repentance and repentance unto salvation.

That's the work of the spirit there, conviction. Whether you feel sorry for yourself or not is not the point, that alone doesn't assert the work of the spirit. The point is the evidence , repentance and salvation.

I want to conclude that when we talk about Peace, Joy of God, you can't say it's an emotion as it's defined by human nature.

In your own post, you pointed out that the Joy from God is of the pure kind — pure joy you labeled it— a kind which you obviously believe in no way compares to the emotional joy we humans are used to, this the same joy that scripture classifies as eternal in origin. Yet, you somehow want us to believe that pure Joy is also merely emotional meaning it is not eternal. A big mess of contradictions you have been throwing around here.

You quote definitions put forth by the same psychologists where it pleases you, but are quick to reject their explanation of emotions. Are you being serious right now?
