I dont know what Tinubu supporters are really celebrating

There would be hearing on 15 of Feb, thereby aggravating the situation of those that are still hoarding old notes even when they all have enough time to deposit everything in the bank..

Tears go full GP tank that day because they only succeeded in postponing their doomsday..
Emefele won't succumb to any pressure because he has the backing of the presidency..

Oh, some of you think that they didn't know there would be pressure from different angles before they took this decision ?

THEY ARE WELL PREPARED FOR EVERYTHING THAT MIGHT SERVE AS A STUMBLING BLOCK TO THIS POLICY .

TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT
You aptly captured it. This whole thing is scripted. It seems El rufai and his team who have all along been alleged to be part of the cabal are playing the script to push the doomsday forward but jut before day of election.

No wonder his client ,Farouk Lawan, is in prison today serving a jail term. smh.

Below is what the Supreme Court held:

In his ruling, the Justice revealed that after careful consideration of the motion exparte, this application is granted as prayed.

“An order of Interim Injunction restraining the federal government through the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) or the commercial banks from suspending or determining or ending on Feb. 10, the time frame with which the now older version of the 200, 500 and 1,000 denomination of the naira may no longer be legal tender pending the hearing and determination of their motion on notice for interlocutory injunction.”

It is high time NJC sanction lawyers like him. Even AGF is now asking that the restraining order by lifted for lack of jurisdiction to hear the case by the SC

What's the difference between this your trash and what he said

The AD faction of APC is obviously populated by brain dead politicians. Celebrating a court order against President Buhari! cheesy cheesy They forgot that their lawless party APC spent over 7 years disobeying and disregarding court orders and pronouncements. So I wonder what makes these unfortunate people now believe that Buhari the monster they created will now miraculously start obeying court order grin .

All these his long grammar doesn't make any sense. The point is that, with this injunction, old note will continue to be in use after February 10th...period, and that ls the intent of these evil politicians to use the old notes they have stacked for vote buying but God will deliver Nigeria. Its a total shame!

We both knew Farouk Lawan had a very bad case. And a bad case is usually 50/50.

Lawyers are not magicians and miracle workers. All the SAN had left in that case was legal technicalities. It failed you are complaining.

But another applied the legal technicalities in Ahmed Lawan’s case and won. And you are also complaining. Are from the nation of Israel during the Mosiac regime in the wilderness?

You are a typical human being. Always murmuring and complaining like a professional complainant grin

Exactly!
The bold words is the big question?
Why are they so concerned & are becoming restless? And all the politicians against this policy are majorly APC members, because they have stashed up cash to buy votes. They just prove buhari right for coming up with this policy. The restlessness on their part is worrisome & that should give Nigerians reasons to join buhari on this.
the major currency they have is the old notes that's why they are clamouring for both the old and the new to be used side by side. They have plans for the coming elections which I pray will no come to pass

S/Court suspends 10th of Feb until when the case is decided is what the ipob lawyer wants to say but he ends up dribbling himself.

Interestingly I listened to the learned silk and for the first time I was endeared to his position.
He was actually supportive of the supreme court injunction as he opined that the policy timing is wrong.

He called the supreme court as the biggest masquerade that all levels of courts have to mute for.

The governors has succeeded already cos the supreme court ask that the status quo be maintain till when the substantive case will be decided. Hearing will comes up on the 15th before adjournment and the decision on the case which may take another time.

The Case will definitely be adjourned to after the Elections by

for your mind! You think it's because of vote buying Tinubu is against this policy? No, it is because it is affecting the populace, the anger of the populace will be on government and the government in power is APC. If it affects APC, it affects him as the candidate.
If you must know, the situation of the country right now, citizens are more susceptible to vote buying. People will sell their votes for less than 2k new currency. Therefore, stop deceiving yourself. Ask yourself this question; how are those doing birthdays, weddings etc, getting this new currency to spray at parties? If they can get these monies, why can't politicians get them?

Why is it all these politicians that are clamouring for extension if they don't have interior motives. This policy does not affect them directed if not for elections where they intend to buy votes with the money they embezzle and after winning to pick the money back from the country or state treasure purse. I pray the day remains at the actual date.
