Ur days in schools is waste
The interim order was given pending the hearing and determination of the matter
There's no final conclusion yet

FreeStuffsNG:
No wonder his client ,Farouk Lawan, is in prison today serving a jail term. smh.

Below is what the Supreme Court held:

In his ruling, the Justice revealed that after careful consideration of the motion exparte, this application is granted as prayed.

“An order of Interim Injunction restraining the federal government through the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) or the commercial banks from suspending or determining or ending on Feb. 10, the time frame with which the now older version of the 200, 500 and 1,000 denomination of the naira may no longer be legal tender pending the hearing and determination of their motion on notice for interlocutory injunction.”

It is high time NJC sanction lawyers like him. Even AGF is now asking that the restraining order by lifted for lack of jurisdiction to hear the case by the SC

which Tinubu ? that fraud is not even in the race. so i dont care about him. i dont market Obi . As a very good successful business man , i could smell a good product from miles away. That container called Obi is good, though i am not a fan
that is why I don't take someone that defrauded small Anambra state as governor for 8 years serious, obi is the race just to meet VIPs and snapp pictures with them

Since you went to school to learn how to insult and you were raised to be insolent, read my comment again and read the decision of the SC on the ex parte motion, albeit , slowly then ask yourself if you made sense bringing in the substantive case.

Baby insolence, SC has reached a decision on the ex parte motion of the applicants.

Backpedal:

Don't be too sure

Take it to the Bank

Treat it as Legal Tender

You do know that if the Economy Shuts down

even the Supreme court Judges won't get their Salaries

They are too reasonable too allow that

They have mouths to feed too
