Based on tips, I had to attend an interview today. The information was that if I am shortlisted, I will start work latest first week of March. So I was very happy and ready to do anything to attend the interview.

As an applicant without a kobo, I had to kneel down begging a neighbour before he borrowed me 1k to enable me pay my way. The transport fare to and from was to gulp N400 or more.

My in and out was just the 1k. In fact, my feeding was also inside the 1k - everything. So it was a priceless 1k that every kobo was very important.

Early in the morning, I heard people arguimg over the deadline for new naira notes. People refused to collect the old naira notes.

So I boarded a bus with the N1000 note which I paid to the conductor. My transport fare was N100. When I came down, the conductor gave me new N500 note and two old N200 notes, making it N900. I refused to collect the old N200 notes. He insisted he didnt have new naira notes to change for me. Argument ensued as I refused to collect the old notes.

Like I said, that was the only money with me. So I didnt want to take any chances of collecting old notes that I will later not be able to use. So in the midst of the argument, he wanted to move and leave, I tried to stop him by gently holding his t-shirt. I didnt know his polo shirt was that soft. Unluckily for me, the polo got torn.

That was how war was declared. The conductor and the driver descended on me. They first targeted at tearing my shirt too despite showing remorsefulness over getting his shirt torn. Not once, not twice, they kept tearing my shirt till at some point, I put a resistance. Of course that couldn't be without a fight. I won't lie, those guys dealt with me. Two agbero hands descending on one non-agbero hand. Before people could intervene, they tore my shirt and a part of my trouser, gave me serious bruises, got me so dirty and stopped me from attending the interview.

I went back home like a mad man.

A very sad day for me.

May God help and bless me with a well-paid job.

The struggle continues!!!

If say you dey come outside, you for know say them still dey collect old notes. How you take the chop self? undecided

Oga nah your village people do you. You better start going back to that interview now.

Learn the lesson. You have internal problem that is helping the external force on you has great grip of your life. Learn to focus on achieving your goal regardless of temptations to distract you. What you just narrated may look simple to you but that is simply demonic set up and you easily fall into the trap. May God deliver us all.

Baba you never hear of armed robber using POS?

Richy4:

Believe me no be long process...
If they start the cashless program...If u want to withdraw huge amount of money, many eyebrows will be raised by the bankers... On what you want to do with such amount when u can always pay anything online... They might feel that you were been blackmailed..

Thieves no go come people house with hope say them go see money... Na just to carry their pot of soup, electronics or their 3310 Nokia..

There will be lots of forensic accountants way go just press kpam.. kpam... And they will know where your money was transferred to within 12hrs... incase you were made to transfer under duress.. Because every POS is linked to an account/ bank

Believe me, it's the easiest... Assuming I haven't experienced it, I would have told you..

The neighbour can always ask what your account number was..He/she can transfer that 1000K into your account...
At the pay point, u majestically bring out your debit card... Tap in your 4digit numbers..It will just withdraw #100 from your account balance... It's not difficult Baba smiley.. just something everyone should have been used to by now..And your shirt would have been intact

Person wey borrow 1k from neighbor, how does he wants to put in his 4 digits? You talking as if u re not in Nigeria? Which bus driver would agree to get pos? Ontop how much fare?

Richy4:
That would have been avoided assuming the bus drivers have Point Of Sales machine POS.. U can't have a cashless society without that....

With that, u have the choice to pay with cash or your debit/ credit card.. Since u are sceptical about the old naira note, All u do is tap in your 4digits..... It's that simple.. the world is a beautiful place with good administration and enlightenment..

I believe you still went home with the old money after wasting your interview precious time arguing and fighting agboro and driver.

You collected enough beating and also went home looking dirty with tore cloth and with same old note.

Your brain did tell you that you are a mugu.

You dressed from home and you have interview, you went and start argument and fight with agboro.

Your village people still hold you.

Show me any link to any official release that the deadline is no longer today? Emefiele and Buhari kept mute all through.
So after all that has happened u are still arguing like a little baby U had an interview for a job that will change your financial status and u foolishly allowed only N400, 400!!! to ruin your chances and u still had the new N500 note ooo!!! So u had the time to be fighting a bus conductor when u should have been more interested in your interview.
Is this a poverty mentality, foolishness, or Ignorance Cos I'm confused here.
So sorry to say but u were your own hindrance, furthermore it seems like u are not smart enough for that interview you were going for so maybe there was no point going there sef.
Have u considered that u could have as well used that same old note as Tfare back home by giving another conductor or maybe taken it to d bank and changed it or a POS agent, but no u just had to fight cos of 400!!! Now u lost more than 50k.
Clap for yourself, "u really really really defeated your village people"
U might also want to consider destroying invisible barriers, and spiritual siege

You need the baptism of the Holy Ghost. That’s if you’re serious about your life.
Read Acts 2:38.

It could be a curse. The way to get rid of all of them or any doubts of whatever fears of what might happen in the future is to get the baptism of the Holy Ghost.

It may take some time, but God will definitely give it to you if you’re sincere.

Don’t keep hoping and trying your luck, get Something sure!

Then all things will work out for your good.
