Hmmm, that's infinity caging....
So you mean you can't even kiss out side not to talk of sex.

Damn..... I know how vulnerable and weak the body can give in when it comes to opposite sex especially the ones you just can't help but fall in love with.

Are you comfortable with it
Are you sure you can couple with it?

The situation isn't funny at all and many Nigerians are really suffering due to this policy.

Let me share a very short and sad story with you.

I was at the market yesterday to get some groceries and provisions for the house. I made the payment via transfer because I didn't go with my ATM card. Unfortunately, I was debited immediately but the vendor didn't receive alert on his end.

I came to his shop around 3pm. You wouldn't believe that I waited till 6:30pm thinking that the alert will come in.

Lo and behold, Mr. vendor didn't get the alert.

I hard to return all the stuffs I bought. He collected my phone number and told me that he will call me once he sees the alert so that he can transfer my money back to me.

I was angry but I had to receive sense immediately because it wasn't his fault. He was just trying to play safe too.

I came home angrily and drank semovita with no Sugar.

The policy is just so annoying.

It may sound funny and unbelievable but I prepared it the same way you will prepare Pap.

No, he hasn't but he called me that he has seen the alert.

I haven't gone back to him yet due to my busy schedules of the day.

if you have opay app it's really fast, if you send money to any bank, any bank from opay app within 5 secs - 30 mins they would have seen the alert it's what i use and i don't like telling people so they will not crowd it and cause traffic.

Was at Access Bank last Tuesday where I gladly collected 20k old 500naira notes thinking that CBN had complied with SC ruling.
Was later pissed off when I realised the money was being rejected. Was even more pissed when same Access bank rejected the money.

Though the policy wasn't a bad one, but CBN failed woefully to print enough notes & strictly monitor the distribution.
Effect is that so many small businesses have crumbled & Nigerians are being subjected to untold hardship for lack of cash. embarassed

Doubt if Nigerians can continue like this for long. It's either CBN issues enough notes or they revert back to the old notes.

wait you collected 20k from access bank ATM old notes and nobody accepted it then you tried giving it back to them and they refused to collect and you are here telling us, you are too dull why not seize their computer or water dispenser or something, Kai dis guy so that money is with you now of course no one will collect it from you, you fall hand.

Who told you transfer is how you buy things cashless. Card payment is cashless payment not phone transfer. Next time use POS machine to transfer the money to the seller.

This and many more is proof that Nigerians deserve to experience this cash confiscation. Most businesses that ought to have POS machine to enable cashless payment don't have it. The government have to confiscate cash to force them. Even now most of them have not gone to get POS machine for their business.

Imagine just the other day I went to a seller of building materials to buy two bags of cement and nails, the shop is filled with all sorts of building materials, even selling wheelbarrows, but the man does not have POS machine. Both of us went to the POS agent next door and I paid the person N200 to transfer the money from my card to man's account.

When I think of the fact that this man has brand new big gen that he puts on whenever there is no light, but till last week doesn't deem it important to acquire a POS machine I can't help but believe that Nigerians deserve to experience this cash confiscation.
. You're smart and intelligent. ... Nigerians are something else. We shout corruption here and there and everyone don't want to embrace changes.

Re: Naira Scarcity Wahala, What I Went Through This Morning by Duchessree(f): 10:40am On Mar 13, 2023
It's not easy o, anytime i go to the market i spend more time there cause of transfer. Even some market women don't collect transfer, making me spend more, cause people who collect transfer, their wares are expensive

I need cash seriously as i will be going to school next week cause i don't want to suffer there.
I hope i get cash before then sha 😢😢

It wasn't a cashless policy. Infact no country in the world operates a cashless policy where citizens & businesses are starved of cash.
The policy was targeted at neutralising cash stockpiled by Polithiefcians & Bandits/Kidnappers etc, & to reduce excess liquidity in circulation.

And now, it is working effectively against masses. grin grin grin

It depends on the bank. With Fidelity bank you will never experience network problem as long as the POS machine has network .

Lie lie... I've tried using Fidelity bank card a couple of times and there was a network glitch... The thing is this, sometimes our banks are out of network, and if you use the card on any POS at that point you will experience a network failure

The network failure should have been caused by the POS machine. There's no network failure with Fidelity bank.
