what if someone transferred money into your account without your knowledge and it's drug money.. The only way the government can get the money from you is by a forfeiture by a court order, what if i have a friend who does not have an account in the USA and he claimed someone want to pay him money for a service or purchase and he needs a USA account you provide your account and the money was deposited, you didn't touch it only to find out it was drug money.. The only way the government to get the money is to find out is you are involved in the drug trade if you not..
