I'm sure you know the figures is highly misleading. The fact that the North have the largest landmass suggest that the poverty per mile will be lower. The fact that SW is third on this least despite having a very low MPR should tell you.

This also apply to the use of per Capita income as measure of development. The gulf countries today are considered developed because of their large per capita income, while countries with much larger nominal GDP than these countries like Nigeria and India are not. Whereas, the fact that the gulf countries have very small population in comparison to Nigeria and India already give them and edge over other countries in terms of demand for public goods and all that.

Based on ipob bureau of statistics, the SE has 970 billionaires per square centimetre.

What is the essence of per square mile data? It's either actual number or percentage. Per square mile will be high in SE because of small land mass and high population density. Any Data per square mile will be higher there. Even number of rich people per square mile will be highest in SE

Any data that captures per square mile will be higher in SE because of small land. Those people making noise should show data of other things per square miles
