It may be that the US and France have assured him they will accept favorable decision by a compromised tribunal, remove santions from judges too and recognise fully his government. The clause is that he must do their bidding on Niger.
Reason for this speculation is because Mr president is obviously smarter than to lead himself down this route. There must be strong influence.

ECOWAS is controlled by the west. It's them that wants this war. From what I can realise now, all of our leaders in ECOWAS are western puppet. Think about it, they own bank account in western banks, they keep their investments in the west, their children are schooled there, they go on vacation in the west etc.

In our democracy, we don't really have the option of choosing who has our countries interest at heart, because by the time election comes, we are left with the selected few that are puppets based on the few mentioned points.

There is no hope for us Nigeria. ECOWAS wants this war because their western masters wants this war.

You only realise this recently grin. What you have described is neo-colonialism. Check the ones they have killed and their policies for their own people. Sankara, Lumumba, Gaddafi...

West loves leaders who are convenient fools and can be bent left and right depending on their wishes. Step forward BAT, who we know will do anything for money and power. This makes him far more dangerous than Buhari, JEG, Yar Adua and OBJ combined.

Nigeria's Senate is composed of 60 Senators from the Northern rwgion and 49 from the Southern part of the Country

19 × 3 = 57 + FCT 1 = 58 for the North.
For the South, 17 × 3 = 51.
58 + 51 = 109.

Adjust your misleading write up.

Ecowas nations should not allow tinubu desperation for power move them to take the wrong decision. It will backfire.

Going to fight our own brothers because of this is stupidity.

Tinubu is a man that is so desperate for power. He is willing to do anything to hold on to power even if it means an unnecessary war.

Nigeria today is under the seige of a political coup. A coup against the constitution of a country is worse than a military coup.

Tinubu knows he does not have a chance with the cases in court. He is willing to do anything that will in anyway aid his political coup in Nigeria.

Tinubu does not have the moral right to engage Niger. The africa union should engage democratic leaders like Goodluck Jonathan, ruto of kenya, zambia president or any african leader who has a good personal record of democracy .
Pmb would have been one to lead such delegation to our brothers in niger unfortunately he is one of major players of the coup we presently have in Nigeria and so has no moral strength to engage the coup plotters in niger.

Nigeria had the greatest opportunity to become the role model of democracy for fellow africa nations in our presidential elections but the evil and miscreants politicians and corrupt INEC officials destroyed it.
Lets hope the judiciary will restore the dignity of our nation.

You speak with so much OBIdence

Exactly. This is a proxy war between Russia and the West. Your leaders are compromised. They do not have the backbone because their assets are in the West. Nigerian people will need to stand against this crap. It is us that will suffer if this war goes ahead. Our children will be carried to fight another man's war in which our army has no conviction to defeat the other side.

It's funny how this statement is coming from a child who has never seen war.

When the EU gave it's report on the just concluded elections, you guys shouted them down, telling then to respect our sovereignty. But now, you want to invade a country and touple it's leader. What's your business with another country's internal affairs seeing that the citizens of the country are not complaining?

With this take of yours, If any of you dare come on international politics section and accuse the US of doing wrong by invading countries then..................

At last you all(APC folks) are just hypocrites.
