Knowledge9000:

Do you wash your hair after you jog or out of the gym? Apparently you wear a wig, weaves or extensions I'm guessing, which will stink if you work out in them; prolly the biggest reason black women don't exercise. Don't think I can live with a woman who wears these wigs, weaves or extensions, work out in them, come home shower but don't wash her sweaty stinking hair...I'll drive her out of my house. It's time we men stop taking this nonsense from our sick women!!!

I don't use a wig or weave. I only use extensions or my natural hair. After a jog I do have a shower and wash my hair. I hope I've answered your question. undecided

I can guarantee this is a lie, no nigerian woman can afford to wash her hair everytime you jog our hair is not European that you can blow straight after its wet for us its more like blow-hard and shrink , i'll believe only if you jog once a month of course or you barb your hair short grin tongue (dodging stones) cool

BonnieCita: Yes I do. I go to the gym 4 or 5 times a week. 30-40mins of cardio and 1hr of strength training.

There's sth I will sell to you for your cardio that will help you keep track of your improvement (if any). Just send me a PM

zeb04: I exercise once in a while nd slim pple exercise 2,just becoz you are slim, dosnt mean your are fit.

Slimness has nothing to do with fitness. Fitness is a measure of how well your body reacts to stress and load placed on it. It can be measured. I'm having for sale a device that measures your cardovascular fitness and helps you monitor if you're improving or not if you begin an exercise regimen. 99.999% of Nigerians don't have an adequate understanding of fitness, exercise, nutrition and health

Daresh: I dont exercise cos I'm just to lazy. However, I walk a lot.

When it comes to slimming down, walking is the best exercise. Walking IS an exercise; just make it a little faster than you used to. If it can raise your heartbeat to 100bpm or more for at least 20 minutes, you're exercising!

safarigirl: Does long distance trekking count? I do a lot of that and speed walking, I'm too slim to be exercising sef except to keep fit. I'm pretty good at sit-ups too.

Chei my dear you're doing the opposite of what you should. Speedwalking and walking makes you slim down more than makes you fit. You have to jog once in a while and don't have to walk as much if you're already "lepa". My heartrate monitor let's you know what you're doing because it measures how your heart is responding to it

ladyF: The only exercise I do is when i climb the staircase at home, and if you see the way I'm panting after ehnn!! lol thank God I'm slim sha.

As long as it takes you less than 20 minutes to do that climbing, that's not exercise and your fitness will not improve from that

Francesxavier: I do exercise but not often.D last time I jogged 2 d National Stadium.Chee i wan faint 4 road

You overstretched yourself and that's not right. Improving fitness is a lifestyle choice not a quick fix. It takes months for improvements to show and that's if you measure it well

I don't think you get the full picture. Exercise can accomplish different things to different people. One thing it does to all is that it improves their fitness and health, abi is there anyone who doesn't want that? You tailor your exercise to what you want to achieve

Naija girls do exercise.

Although I have some concerns...I took some girls out who exercise quiet often.

But truth be told...the way they were "downing" bottles of Big Stout made me to wonder...

Are the exercises worth the time wasted on them?
