You know why I want him to ride on? Because the highest judgement is reserved for those who claim they are teachers, that judge others etc. So let him continue.

With time no one will even look at his rants or bother - except his congregation of haters.

When you talk too much you are sure to err; and if this man does know the Bible like he claim he does, he would have learnt to control his tongue by now.

desreek9:
It is obvious this freeze is solely against pentecostal churches and not all churches which is wrong, it is not only in nigeria people speak in tongue, it's all over the world and not only pentecostal churches, i ave friends in orthodox and catholic churches that speak in tongues also.

Churches dont force people to speak in tongues, any congregation u see where everyone does that would let u know that some of them are faking it just to get along. You cannot expect a situation whereby everyone is praying, someone starts to speak in tongue and then u want someone else to stop praying to interprete wat the person is saying.

Most people speak in tongue when they are in the spirit, in worship and in connection with God at that moment, so freeze ur arguement is baseless cos speaking in tongues is a personal conviction same with tithe.

Just like in the Bible when God told Noah to build an arch that the He want to flood the earth did they believe that God can flood the earth? Did it make sense? Very soon He will say being born again is a scam Amd his sheeples will follow. I am watching carefully to see what becomes of freeze after a while.

This guy brain has definitely freeze, does he have holy spirit in the first place? Who is drumming the beat he is dancing to?Who is singing the chorus of psychopath to him n he seeing theatrically dancing to the tune. Let me remind you of your father Ahmed Hoosen Deedat, he talked trash about Christian faith but his mouth opened widely on the sick bed,he even weep each time they recite some part of Quran into his hearing. Freeze, your mouth will soon get freeze as your name sounded. Your father died in pain...

this is so true. i ave always wondered bcus when d apostles spoke in tongue they spoke in a language understood by the crowd, instead of satanya bonaza, makasupre bondareke, and other rubbish THEY SPEAK

Sorry to mention you...but now I realise a lot of people don't read their bibles including you...cos if you do u won't even make the kinda comment u just made up there.
Now I'm not saying somepple aren't speaking fake tongues or not it's not my place to analyse or judge since I don't have gift of interpretation...

But if you have read 1corinth chapt14 v 2-15 clearly explains this.

"Verse two clearly says when you speak in tongues you speak not to men but to God for no one can understand" But freeze just picks a verse to suit his point leaving out the rest. Just because he can't speak in tongues or interpret doesn't give him right to judge.

Verse 14 -15 of the same chapter clearly explains what to do when you really feel the need to engage in tongues in a church. 1cor14v4 says speaking in tongues edifies the spirit of the speaker.

He never said don't speak in tongues at all, he even made an example of himself that it will be wrong for a pastor to just come into service speak in tongues for 2 hrs and then say sermon closed for it is possible for no one to understand it(1cor 14v6)

Acts 19: 1. And it came to pass, that, while Apollos was at Corinth, Paul having passed through the upper coasts came to Ephesus: and finding certain disciples, 2. He said unto them, Have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed? And they said unto him, We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost. 3. And he said unto them, Unto what then were ye baptized? And they said, Unto John's baptism. 4. Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus. 5. When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. 6. And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied.

And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied.

being filled with the Holy Spirit...- - Speaking in tongues is not the baptism in the Holy Spirit, but it is what happens when and as you are baptised in the Spirit .

#act 1 .8
But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, and you will be My witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.

The Power>
To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues:

I would that ye all spake with tongues, but rather that ye prophesied: for greater is he that prophesieth than he that speaketh with tongues, except he interpret, that the church may receive edifying.

speaking in tongues and prophesying seem to go together, since they are both spiritual gifts..

He gives one person the power to perform miracles, and another the ability to prophesy. He gives someone else the ability to discern whether a message is from the Spirit of God or from another spirit. Still another person is given the ability to speak in unknown languages, while another is given the ability to interpret what is being said.
1 Corinthians 12:10 NLT

If you can't discern unknown languages
Pray for the spirit of interpretation.

I am confused about this speaking in tongues of a thing. Bible said on the day of Pentecost, when the disciples received the Holy Spirit, that they spoke in different tongues and the people gathered there were surprised. They were surprised because they heard of he disciples speaking in their languages. Example, a believer in a Nigerian church, under the anointing speaking in tongues, could be heard speaking maybe Chinese, Spanish or other languages but, all the raba rava, shoot kiyo is confusing.
And you speak in tongues when you're under the influence of the Holy Spirit and not, when you like.

If you are a Christian go to your bible.....read 1corith chap 14 and clear you confusion....

And the place you quoted in the bible about the pentecost...If you go further you will read where it was said the disciples were mocked that they are drunk with wine.... if they clearly understood the new tongues the disciples spoke in they wouldn't call them drunk (acts chap 2v12-15)

I don't know how you interpret your bible, even if speaking in tongues are suppose to be in new language like you said. Must they be in Spanish and Chinese. Please Sir, do read 1corinth chap 14 and clear ur mind and see the folly of freeze who just picks a verse in the bible to cause discord in the body of christ....and that is one of the abominable things God hates the most prov 6v19. God bless

Thanks for the explanation, but understand you are talking with a "congregation of haters". They just want to be popular, and they get that through controversy. If there was a dangerous thing to do, toying with spiritual matters is the thing. Like someone said, he (Freeze) is just a "social media nuisance", he knows there are a lot of Christians who will respond.

There is freedom of belief, what's Freeze's business with what another man speaks with his tongues? Joblessness!

A friend traveled to Cameroon and in the conference hall of the hotel he lodge there was a fellowship gaining on.
He said to his surprise the pastor was praying and started speaking Ibibio language. He was like oh there is Akwa Ibom man here.
When the had finished the fellowship, he approach the man and spoke Ibibio with him, to his surprise the pastor did not understand the language and he is not even from Nigeria. This is what freeze is talking about. However orobooo liskey orobooo Te me tee could be a language somewhere oooo.

My friend stop using big big grammar to confuse things.....

You said

"Baptism in the Holy Spirit is an experience that occurs following conversion. When we confess and accept Jesus as our Lord and personal saviour. The moment of Salvation. For by one Spirit are we all baptised into one body ."

This is the only reason I really mentioned you. I gave scriptures to correct this notion

These men already believed and were baptised but not of the Holy Spirit. They believed, confessed but were not Baptised of the Holy ghost - which the bible states is not of water but of Fire by the Holy Spirit. They were already converts but knew nothing of the Holy Spirit.

Acts 10: 44. While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word. 45. And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost. 46. For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God. Then answered Peter, 47. Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we?

These men did even have time to confess, they were listening to Peter give a sermon when they were baptised in the Holy Spirit -straight from Heaven - without laying of hands by Peter or without Peter's permission so what are you still saying?

Study further to brighten your understanding, abi na copy and paste from google search you just give me....... grin

Have you even tried to go and read the bible your self...its 1st cor chap 14....when you have done so please come back and say if freeze is totally right or just picking verses out of contest..

And before you read the bible daily..take time to say the prayer of Paul in ephesian1v17 genuinely. You will receive understanding not of men but from the spirit
