1. You don’t need a police clearance cert to travel
2. You don’t need to take a pre-entry covid-19 test if you are fully vaccinated. However, you can be picked to take the test when you arrive in Canada.
3. You don’t have to update IRCC, but you must carry it with you to Canada. Ensure the program of study and school is the same one you used to apply for a study permit to avoid stories that touch the heart.
Thanks Alot for the information.

When you say you need help getting admission, you might need to be more specific because that is the easiest part of the whole study route process.

If you have read the requirements and have your documents ready to upload, then go ahead and apply for your choice of program. In about 2 weeks or 3 weeks after that you will either be accepted, waitlisted or refused.

Good luck.

Thanks
I have created my OUAC account yesterday will go and get the other docs from my sch this week so I can apply

Thanks for the feedback. Honestly I don't have sponsor. I might get some friends that might help me make more deposit as More proof of fund. I just wish there is a positive way for me.

Thanks for the feedback. Are you saying I need 30kcad aside the 25kcad I have on ground aready? And is the 30kcad for everything all what? Every body keep saying I need sponsorship. I don't really no what to do
JustMellow:

Hello Eddy2farm,

It is good to learn that you are making headway to meet the financial requirement for your study permit application. Being self-sponsored does not guarantee the outcome will be successful even if you meet the study permit requirements.

The required funds to show as required by IRCC is C$30,000 as your POF, which you can show higher. If you have this fund available and can pay for your first-year study or for the complete two years (if this is the case), and have the GIC hold your LE for the first year of study, you will stand a competitive chance but doing this is not a ground that the application would be positive. The bottom line is to ensure you submit a competitive application.

You may want to look at colleges in the Ontario province. In terms of competitiveness, Ontario colleges give a good edge. Don't let the cheap tuition for colleges in the Atlantic province be the reason for choosing NBCC. Atlantic colleges make prospective students that could not attend the school forfeit the C$500 paid as a deposit to secure their seats.

It is best if you opt for an Academic study, rather than Vocational. Since you have business in your home country, that can serve as good ties if you present it in a manner that justifies your economic stability Also, endeavor you settle for a study that demonstrates a progression of your previous study and/or relates to your current work experience.

Success is all I wish You!

Like @Johnstan stated, you need to decide on the program you want to study. To improve your chances of getting the study permit, go for a program related to your present occupation if you are not a recent graduate.
Let me know if you need assistance applying or getting an affordable school.

Thanks I appreciate your response.

Thanks so much for the detailed clarification
Predator188:

The use of representative form is for family members who wants to apply together online on one mycic account by signing the form you have authorised your family member /owner of the account profile to conduct activities on your behalf and receive information on your case file, example the representative can also enquire about information relating to the application through webform or submitting further documents on behalf of the family members applied together.

However the use of representative is only valid when IRCC process it...therefore any enquiry as a representative before processing the use of use representative ..IRCC will request you attach the form with your enquiry..

In sales of land you can issue receipts to the buyer ..the name of the buyer can also reflect on bank statement of the sale person./ copy of Land documents sold
They can also confirm the transactions through writing signed by both party with dates of sales..
Example i John from Abuja received the sum of 200 naira from James for one plot of land situated at 5 kings Road Newcastle...
Signed...by both party

[quote author=gaeul post=115237288]Please can someone shed more light on Use of Representative form (IMM5476) cos I plan applying for my spouse and kids on same GCKey account

Secondly how do one explain or justify lump sum from sales of Land. Which documents should one submit?

Thanks thanks
So I submitted a Family application too. The Use of representative form simply means that whomever you have included in your application has given you the authority to stand as their representative before IRCC. IRCC will contact you whenever there is a message as regards their application and you also have the right to send any doc regarding their application to IRCC.

As regards lump sum from Land sale, I think you should just explain it in your SOP and that the certain amount is your own share from it( if it's a family land) and that you purposely set it aside for your studies.
If you have the evidence of payment ( like cheque or your bank statement showing the narration of the payment..I believe that should suffice.
All the best.

Please house, I have been having issues with the amount of land to get to server as an home tier. Tho I’m still looking at other options I have to use as home tier.

My question is how much land can serve; can I buy a land of 50k or 100k Naira of like 2-5 plots with Deed of transfer documents?

Or can I use the lands in my village and do documents?

Home ties are things that are expected to bring you back after your program.

The quantity does not prove more ties rather it should have enough worth that would reasonably bring you back. Your family (parents, kids, siblings, spouse), job, properties etc could be your home tie.

Good luck

Refreshed at least 20 times and used my euro card. Finally worked and application is now updated.
Thanks for your help, cheers.

Hi Rahl007,

From the screenshot, it's apparent that your application isn't yet submitted. Could you please confirm if you didn't use a virtual card. If not, then employ the Report a Technical Issue Button at the top of your account. It's a medium of notifying IRCC about the glitch in their system.

I hope this helps?

Hi Onweke,

The summary of everything above is, your application is currently at the eligibility stage. In other words, the visa officers are presently assessing your worthiness to breathe Canada air and step on Canada land. If you are found creditable, your application will be transitioned to the next stage, which in this case is Medical Examination (Medical Request).

Can't wait to celebrate with you!

Simply put... Your application is undergoing eligibility stage.
At this point, I'll advise you to go for medical, especially if you're for Sept intake. If it's January you may choose to wait for medical request, but it's not bad to also go for upfront medical too.

Hi Adeyinkaadetunj,

If I should start listing the tertiary institutions that accept NECO, the mod might be forced to create a new thread for me. We have more universities that accept NECO results in Canada than those that might reject it.

Carry on with your application, and if you are doubtful, write the Admission Office of your school of interest for verification sake.
