I didn't skip it intentionally,
We're currently experiencing some technical issues on the blackberry platform, and as such some of our customers are having issues subscribing for the blackberry service, please kind sir exercise a little patience and we willresolve the issue as soon as possible, I sincerely appologize for any inconveinience we have caused.

@ tayoccu i hope you have delivered my message, i wonder why a company as big as MTN should produce an Android app that would be crashing...If you haven't tell them their NextApp on Android doesn't work, tell them i can't download any app from there it always returns and error message...

plz, how do i deactivate my mtn monthly goodybag(G750)so that i can subscribe for anor one cus i have exhausted the mins bt it will be due to expire on 10/08/2013. each time i try to subscribe for anor one, i gt the reply that i have to wait till it expires.

How do i do a manual configuration 4 my fone. Had some issues with internet connectivity on my simcard but was sent a message that my complaint haz been resolved and my fone cannot be configured ota

I subscribed to G750 Goody Bag two days ago. By yesterday the remaining 148 MTN minutes and 196 SMS had disappeared. Called customer care but my airtime nor money returned. It is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for customer to get through to customer. Please do something abi make i port!

Samdean to migrate to mtn ipulse (that's what its called now)
Please dial *406#, please note that you will be charged 40k per second for the first 60 seconds call you make, and 15k per second for the rest of the day.
To register your "best friends forever" number simply dial *390*1*number#

260Mb That is what I use in 6hours of intensive phone usage!!!

Pardon my error, you do not need to cancel ur current blackberry subscription before you subscribe for a new plan, you can subscribe for a new plan provided you have exceeded you data cap.

Oh Oh!I browse a lot too and 260mb doesn't cut it.As it is now with the blocking of Android users from BB plans,my subscription is going to waste.I subscribed before i knew it has been blocked.
MTN 1k data subscription is even 100mb sef,the 160mb is bonus as if they are doing us favours.
