Domwiz4all: Gud morning, i shared my data wit a friend. Pls how does he check his data balance? We have tried sending 2 as sms to 131. The respond is always he does not have a data bundle subscription. We tried *559#, d data balance isnt dia. Lastly how long wil d data i transferd/shared(78MB) to him last?

falansa: There is no gprs service in my area since 3 weeks ago, but if we move around 2km from the area, we will have access to gprs. This problem started bout 3wks ago and have cost me my monthly subscription of #1,500. We have called customer care but nothing has been done on it. Pls we need urgent attention here. The location is Ako area, Ikire, Osun state.

72 hrs after i made my complaints, Joel called from MTN Cc. They seem mystified by what happened to my bundle. Got an SMS from MTN today telling me it as been resolved. Today is Day4 and as i go to bed, no resolution yet. Even banks retrieve mis-transferred cash within 24hrs. Thanks tayoccu for all your efforts. Hope i get my bundle back by next week. Goodnite MTN.

Here's my idea of "pocket-friendly" tarrif.

10mb= 10naira 100mb=100naira
10gb= 1000naira 50gb=3500
100gb=5000 Unlimited= 7500 per Month FOR ANDROID USERS ONLY!!!!!!

Can you please explain that to me ''Auto-renew your BBC subscription on Wed 07:09 AM, 7 Aug 2013 & enjoy up to 1 month FREE (1 week for 1st month & 3 more weeks for 2nd month). Simply load credit for renewal.'' Does that mean i will be given another 3GB? Or its simply extension of my 30days validity period? Thanks

The 1 or 3 weeks bonus for activation and autorenewal respectively is an extension of the 30 days validity.
