Im staying in Kaduna at KDN GRA.Here GLO and ETISALAT are the best in terms of speedcand MTN is the worst!

am using glo in Yenagoa, every thing the op said is exactly my experiences. it so frustrating when u have data yet cant use it within the period that it is valid. At the end of your validity period they will not compensate u for all the downtimes. am so fed up with them. Even to reply this post took up 2 30min because like normal, it was connected yet could not load d page THUMBS DOWN FOR GLO AND THEIR USELESS HIGH SPEED DATA.

Glo is a useless network so far

Very very true. I bought glo data for and for a whole month it didn't work. They said they were doing upgrade. When it started it will work today and stop tomorrow . I have left them for etisalat.

No doubt, GLO internet service needs to be worked on in Nigeria. To be frank, 80% of the users will say one or two negative things about their network. Too slow to be recommended.

Talking about location,i've been to kaduna,nasarawa,benue,enugu,anambra,imo and lagos...but all are the same slow connection

When i was living around textile mill road in benincity i bought the glo overload and it was really a great overload of burden to me. I could not use the data i spent a great deal of money to buy. But now i am living in another area in benincity and glo internet speed there is superb while mtn and airtel is rubbish,so i believe that naija networks internet speed is; location dependent but it ought not to be so.

Every network depend on location. In some part of osogbo, no other network works except Glo.
Also in Festac, airtel and mtn don't seem to have much coverage, but glo and Etisalat rocks.
Where I live now, I stream videos on YouTube with a click.
Above all, Etisalat provides better service, followed by glo. And Glo is cheaper

help,I always subscribe on glo campus booster plan sometimes #200 because I am on campus I don't get my MB multiplied. glo just dey send me nonsense message.one day I subscribed to its night plan to my surprise I could not use it until it expired.

Just got on the phone with our team on ground , i understand peter odili road is a long road and one of site has been shut down due to community issue .We are currently working on it to get it back up which i believe that is the section of your area.Most part of peter odili is ok as confirmed from our team

Please, create another thread. Glo is far better than MTN in all justification. We comparing glo and Etisalat.

One thing about eti is, in most areas, once they hit on it they give the best network. But eti only picks major cities. Check with people from osun rural like okuku, ekiti rurals, Abuja rural areas like abaji, and a embed other places.

People barely notice that, for at places like that, they barely have to worry over browsing, rather calling network itself.

But glo is still trying to create a balance. Kudos to them, there's room for improvement though

Do not even think about it. Like the OP, I have both Glo and Etisalat (ported from MTN). Both Glo and MTN are horrible.

As an IT Consultant, many people have approached me to recommend a good Internet Service Provider. My first question to them is "Where would you be for the most part of your day?"... I say authoritatively that Glo has the best facility for Internet Service in Nigeria but their specialized data carrier is not everywhere, just like ALL other providers. Because we are in Nigeria, we all need to make a little findings before deciding on which service to go for. If you are lucky to be within the areas where Glo 3G/3.5G network is superb, then I say congratulations to you because you'll enjoy excellent service at low price.

You're either a glo staff or you dunno what u're saying, I live and work where I get 3.5G glo network and can't even open Google! Glo is one joke of a telecom provider
