Chirstianity is belief

Yes jesus christ died for our sins God made Jesus his Son well GOd is the father son and holy spirit.

Jesus shed his blood on the cross for our sins so we can ask him in our hearts and go to heaven someday the only way to heaven is through Gods son Jesus christ.Without his blood being shed we could nt go to heaven. Once we are christians we are covered with the blood of christ(not literally that would be gross lol)

And we trust in him and one day live with him for eternity in the mansions and rewards we have gotten from earth.

Christianity is a Religion and it is believing that Jesus Christ died to wash away the sin of the earth. co ya?
But that doesnt mean that only christians go to Heaven, at least i don't think so, but i mentioned that and i can't remember which page, ?

According to the bible, the koran, and the torah, everyone who is not a jew, christian, or muslim is going to hell. Since there are few people who claim to be all three, it would seem that just about everyone, christian or not, is going to hell.
Re: Christians: Can a Non-Christian Go to Heaven? by jbyame: 6:36pm On Mar 02, 2006
alrite occording to the bible everybody goes to heaven that asks christ in your life if not they go to hell. You dont go to hell just becuz your a certain kind of person.

and christianity is not a religion. christianity is a relationship not a religion.if you think religion is reffering to a belief system about God and the world around you, then christianity is most certainly does not match that ddefinition of religion. in this sense people consider chritianity an anti-religion becuz its nature, chritianiaty afirms that humans can't do anything to be approved by God.instead it is only by grace that people are saved

Ok. . .so pretty much everyone who dies under the age of two is doomed to hell according to christianity. I doubt they have the mental capacity to respond to christ at that age.

You say that thats wrong that litlle kids go to hell but you say christians and jews cant go to heaven they all go to hell only you can, just becuz. I mean i am sorry but that sounds ridiculous!

and kids do go to heaven.

In the bible it says that litlle kids go to heaven becuz they have no knowledge to know whats going on and mental people becuz they have no knowledge either.
people are judged of there sins by what they know and apperently if a kid dosn't know something or understand something they are inocent, they dont know.its like if i were to kill someone and i didnt know that that was wrong. God wouldnt judge me as bad as he would my friend who knows killing someone is bad.

So if a little infant were to break something and they were never taught not to break something.Well then ur not going to punish them u just tell them that is not rite.

So if you were to face God today and you say "oh i didnt know that you had to ask the holyspirit in your heart" he will say ya rite u heard it on a computer from some other girl and you most defenitely have that knowledge. God wants us to live a wonderful life and awsome life full of great things ,blessings, rewards and better most eternal life one day in heaven. He wants us soo much he loves us sooo much but most of us instead of letting God direct our lives we let the devil. And its great for a season until all hell breaks lose.trust me i know from experience but God has lifted me up from those things.

I dont know you but we are all sopposed to brothers and sisters in christ so i care that you go on with a wonderful life.I can't lie its challenging sometimes but such a blessing.

Nobody in this forum can say who is not and who is going to heaven. All we can say that TRUE, OBIDIENT Christians are saved and have a place in heaven. But as for people who are not born again christians, we do not know thier situation. Just remember God sees your heart. For people who just cannot (for whatever reason) give their life or learn the teachings of the bible. For example, A severly disabled person cannot read the bible and learn the teaching of God. These people have got a place in heaven. Another example is a person who is born in a strict, violent muslim family, she wants to be a christian, but if she does, they will beat, rape and stone her to death. So she prays to christ in secret but she never does see the face of a church. Many of you will say God will deliver her, But what if God does not deliver her? This girl has a place in heaven. God sees peoples hearts, if their hearts are commited to jesus then they will go to heaven. Also, I belive during Judgement day, there is going to be second chance to choose who deserve it. If you read revelation it talks abou the last temptation of the devil and the people who don't fall for it are going to be saved.

God Bless

Softe to the post that you made, i do have a disagreement.

You cannot be the judge of a scenario (referring to the statement of "disabled and "Muslim" people), all you can judge is that if Christ is in their life and they live for him, then they can be saved. Yes you do need to be born again, but to state the "What if" shows lack of faith. I'm referring to this statement said "what if God doesnt deliver her". How is God not going to deliver her? Is that not what Jesus represents as a savior? For the bible does say in 1 Corinthians 10:13 "God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it." Meaning God will not put you in a situation that you cannot handle, for you are a child of God, and although your parents could be Muslim the authority on this earth is given to you. Why? Because Christ lives in you and he has overcome the earth (that’s biblical). Therefore the enemy does not have the authority over oneself unless that authority is allowed by God, "For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms." (Ephesians 10:13) Remember the bible says that if your not a child of God your with the evil one. So to say that those who are with the evil one are going to prevent you from receiving deliverance from God's spirit shows that there is little biblical foundation or belief in God's power to overcome.

Can a Non-Christian Go to Heaven?
The question we need to be asking ourselves is can even a Christian go to heaven?
I say this not because im not a believer of Christ, but that religion is not something that allows you to pass into heaven, but instead locks yourself into chains.

If you where to ask me on the street what do i belong to (as far as religion), i would most likely say "im a Christian", because i believe in the principles of Christianity, but even at that i can be disappointed at the term "Christian". For God did not come to set up a religion, but to make followers and disciples of his Word. The term "Christian" was not even used while Jesus was here on earth. It was a term that was brought out later in the Antioch church. See the thing is a Jewish person can go to heaven, a Jehovah Witness, and Christian alike. As long as you accept Christ into your heart recognize he is God, Lord, and savior, you can be saved. But there is more to it, everyone must maintain that gift of salvation by living for Christ in continual obedience to his word, because there are many people out in the world today who recognize Christ as those and everything that he is yet go to Church in the morning and leave for the strip clubs at night (WARNING: LUKE-WARM alert). Showing that we must continue to strive to be "Christ Like" (this is what the meaning of "Christian means"wink.

Recognize this that God is for everyone! He came to the Gentiles and Jews alike, giving both that same promises. I must say though that if you follow "religion" then you will have a much harder time in life then if you just follow his word out of love. For even Christian's denominations, Catholics, and other religions that derive from the belief of he bible have flaws within them. Only go by God's Word and what it says for that is the only truth. You can only complete God's will if you have the love to do what his word says, other wise you would just be following rules and regulations with a cold heart. Falling constantly because there is no love to drive oneself.

p.s.just continue to be in the Lord and he will be in you

Ha - are you not a christian? All christians know that people are "born in sin and shaped in inquity". That even without commiting any sin, we are already sinners in the eyes of God. So, there is no way a kid is free from sin. And therefore any baby that dies obviously goes to hell.

Interesting.

quote me a reference page/book/chapter/verse of the bible please!
Re: Christians: Can a Non-Christian Go to Heaven? by Seun(m): 11:56am On Mar 07, 2006
Actually, the bible says that an unbelieving husband is "sanctified" through his wife:

For the unbelieving husband has been sanctified through his wife, and the unbelieving wife has been sanctified through her believing husband. Otherwise your children would be unclean, but as it is, they are holy.
http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?book_id=53&chapter=7&verse=14&version=31&context=verse

This probably means I will go to heaven as long as I marry a Christian lady. Yay! Also, it appears that holiness is hereditary. When a Christian marries her unbeliever, her husband is "sanctified" through her. And since they are both "sanctified", that makes their children holy.

But the children of unbelievers who are not married to believers are unholy and they will burn in hell!
Re: Christians: Can a Non-Christian Go to Heaven? by nicetohave(m): 4:50pm On Mar 07, 2006
The interpretation is not accurate dear seun, because even christians do go to hell. The passage only means if it is okay with a believer to marry an unbeliever, the marriage is sancified of God. making heaven is an individual journey which every one must give account before God singly of the deeds done when in the flesh.
Re: Christians: Can a Non-Christian Go to Heaven? by Seun(m): 4:57pm On Mar 07, 2006
The bible clearly says, "the unbelieving husband has been sanctified through his wife, and the unbelieving wife has been sanctified through her believing husband". it doesn't say the marriage has been sanctified, it says the husband (or wife) has been sanctified. Glory!

and does that also mean they will both go to heaven?

so what happens if the christian husband/wife goes to hell?

or is it not possible that a christian miss heaven?

I looked up that quote in the bible. , and other things which would say that christians are born in sin (or really, the entire world). It is in a Psalm that David essentially makes that statement. There are some other passages that are used to support this idea. , . but I checked ALL of them out. . .and they don't say that. It is total. . . .something. . . I've heard that all these years. . . and the bible does not support it!

So, I hereby retract all my previous statements about babies going to hell and christians being born sinners, etc. Thanks for challenging me. . .

we know in part and we understand in part and we are daily shapen to conform to the knowledge and the maturity of God. A lot of things we have imbibed over the years and that does not limit to you alone allonym, me and you and everyone have been taught falsehoods from different quarters but as we search to see if those things we have heard are so, we show ourselves approved unto God.

Re: Christians: Can a Non-Christian Go to Heaven? by wendytilda(f): 3:46pm On Mar 25, 2006
This really depends on "who is a Christian".A Christians is  someone who behaves "like Christ"and not just anybody that goes to church on sunday. Not everyone that calls God's name and pretends to do His will is really (a Christian) God's child, but only if You have Jesus in your life as Lord and personal Saviour and then you are a Christian.
And also a Baby cannot go to hell because he/she is not capable of knowing all these.
I cannot say if you are not a Christian you will go to hell because it is left for God and only Him to say,but i think the message is clear.
He who has an ear let him hear.
Re: Christians: Can a Non-Christian Go to Heaven? by allonym: 5:51am On Mar 26, 2006
i agree, babies don't go to hell. I realized this when I decided to look up what exactly the bible says about it.

For Catholics since we are born with sin, They go to a place called Purgatory,
There sins are prayed for then they go to Heaven.
If their sins are not prayed for they can slip into the abyss of Hell
Re: Christians: Can a Non-Christian Go to Heaven? by Jackie24: 4:56am On Mar 29, 2006
If a Catholic dies without sinning after baptism, confession, or last rights it's told to us that we directly go to heaven.
And it is not for humans to decide who goes where, we have no right, no reason, no obligation, and no mental capacity to make such a decision, I beleive a person's salvation lies within their soul whether they attend a catholic church or no church.

If some christians (people that believe in Christ) can not make heaven, is it non-christians that can make it? Christ is the only way to heaven. I speak as a christian.
